  1. same old story. there's a bye week approaching. rg3 will be back after the bye.
  2. He looks like the love child of Andy Roddick and Terry Bradshaw.
  3. so you're saying brady will turn it around and have a huge year?
  4. great game. now time for us all to get killed by the thursday night short-week death train.
  5. Not saying he's in Peart's world, but Tommy Lee is a great drummer. His image has just overshadowed his talent.
  6. Gronk has played in 2 full games and received for over 100 yds in 1. Then overlay the fact that didn't happen until Week 7, where you had to draft him, who else was available, what production you got from the position in the interim etc etc... Smallest sample size possible but the Gronk owner in my redraft league is 3-5, good for 10th of 12. Gronk missing games was a known risk when drafting him. You are complaining about him at this moment in time because of the stinker Brady just put up, period. Not because of where he was drafted, who else was available, etc. You wouldn't have made this same comment a week ago when Gronk was coming off a 100 yd game in his first week back.
  7. Gronk has played in 2 full games and received for over 100 yds in 1.
  8. think there's still any chance that he's a surprise inactive?
  9. You guys think there's any risk of him being inactive tomorrow? I'd have to drop a decent player to clear open a spot for insurance, is why I ask. Would prefer to risk it and not drop anybody.
  10. I did a couple of days ago. I shipped off Mathews/Stacy/Harvin for him. Hope it doesn't come back to bite me. that's the definition of selling high and buying low right there. well done.
  11. Any chance he turns it around after the bye? Contemplating trading this bust for Jake Locker (and I won't even be starting Locker but for a bye week).
  12. yup, jackson is what would give me pause to trade for foster as well.
  13. you might be right. on the flip side, the fact that he tweaked it at all, and had a bye coming up might have made the decision easy to shut him down for the game.
  14. I'd risk it with that trade. Stacy's value is officially at its peak. Bell looks promising and should be solid to good the rest of the way. That's your only clear loss. Harvin...who the hell knows? I have harvin, and am way less optimistic than most. I'd deal the uncertainty, personally. None of them have Foster's upside.
  15. Great analysis, sir. Coincidentally, I did drop him to cover a QB bye week. I feel like it isn't much of a loss even if Rice were to go out for the season today.
  16. is Pierce droppable now (especially for a non-rice owner)? Schedule is brutal even if Rice gets injured.
  17. why does everybody keep saying his remaining schedule is so tough? doesn't looks so daunting to me.
  18. how long you guess he will be out? the whole enchilada?
  19. Other than his height, I've still had trouble finding somebody to explain to me what Keenum's weaknesses are. He's mobile, has a laser, and is accurate as hell. People use his collegiate system as way too unfair of a strike against him.
  20. i'm not one to correct grammar to be a jerk, but to be helpful. the word you are looking for is "dominant". it amazes me how many people make this mistake. i've been seeing it a ton lately, and i'm not sure how it suddenly started. as for cunningham, only if he's named starter this week.
  21. You're joking obviously, but there is absolutely nothing to be optimistic about with him. It's going to be a huge upset if he ends up NOT being a bust. His schedule the rest of the way is absolutely brutal. It appears the Ravens' honeymoon ended yesterday.
  22. didn't realize limited practice all week means he's gonna get jammed in and get a full workload and have a monster game sunday. But, maybe you should realize that back to back to back practices, albeit limited, is great news for Rice owners. Even if he didn't play AT ALL this weekend, the fact that he is practicing is music to the ears of his owners. The season has 13 more weeks left, rook. you weren't talking about the rest of the season, you were alluding to this very week, and how rice only missed one week so now he's good to go. keep fishing kiddo. maybe somebody will play with ya. next.... You poor thing. awwww, is somebody mad because he's wrong? feels great to have common sense.

You took all that from someone simply mentioning its good news he only missed one game? of course. i'd bet on him having a lousy game this week with a minimal workload IF he even plays...so, how is it already determined that it's good news that he missed only one game? he's the one making assumptions. let's see him get back on the field and regain his fantasy value this week like he's predicting first.
