Some interesting stories emerging from the World's filthiest whore contest
There was some stomach-turning stuff in there. :burrito:Some interesting stories emerging from the World's filthiest whore contest
I'll be honest here. If he goes to anything other then Satellite or regular radio, I am done with him. I've been listening since WNBC days, delivering pizza while in college with his afternoon show on in my car. I am tired of the 5 year negotiating ploys, I am growing tired of "psychiatrist howie" interviews, I am tired of having no man presence on the show to offset all the DWTS and other reality shows he talks about endlessly.I have to contact Sirius and turn off my auto renew on my annual subscription, so if he goes, the Sat radio will go dark too. There isn't enough other content to justify paying for it, IMO.It's crazy to me that it's November and there is no news on what he's going to do.Personally, I hope he goes the podcast route. That way he can control his own schedule more than he already does (ie, no 6 am shifts, which I think is killing him) and he can develop a series of shows around Baba Booey, Sal and Richard, etc. Basically, I just hope to be able to download his show off of itunes for a buck an episode or something. Even if he stays with Sirius, I hope his new contract has that available somehow. No matter what, I'd be shocked if he retires. He's an attention whore. Not happening.
He has said he will continue working, just not where that will be come January. It's crazy to me that it's November and there is no news on what he's going to do.Personally, I hope he goes the podcast route. Oh, I haven't heard that. Haven't listened for the past month. Guess the staff was happy about that? It almost has to be internet/podcasts. No way is Sirius going to pony up enough for him again. He has said he will continue working, just not where that will be come January. It's crazy to me that it's November and there is no news on what he's going to do.Personally, I hope he goes the podcast route. How can Sirius afford not to?Oh, I haven't heard that. Haven't listened for the past month. Guess the staff was happy about that? It almost has to be internet/podcasts. I guess, but it is difficult to know what the scale of the new operation will be, so you'd imagine that the money/hours might not be enough for everyone to be satisfied.Oh, I haven't heard that. You should check out Ron and Fez on 202. Ron Bennington is the funniest man of any type of radio.I bought a new truck a few weeks ago and it came with XM instead of Sirius. I've missed being able to listen to the show, but can do without.

I have listened to them and while sometimes funny, the show is no replacement for Howard.RascalKing said:the rover said:You should check out Ron and Fez on 202. Maybe 15-20 years ago, but he's been mailing it in for most of his tenure with Sirius.I have listened to them and while sometimes funny, the show is no replacement for Howard.RascalKing said:the rover said:You should check out Ron and Fez on 202. You can get best of for an extra $5 a month, and I'm sure you can negotiate with them, I ended up getting 3 months free.Fuller said:I bought a new truck a few weeks ago and it came with XM instead of Sirius. I've missed being able to listen to the show, but can do without.

"This is when the Beatles went from being a pop band to the band we all know and remember them from."I could not stop laughing yesterday when they were making fun of Garys list on his audiobook of Songs that are great on a jukebox. They just kept going. I even laughed a few times at Robin and I don't usually laugh at anything she says.
That's pretty funny. I was just reading that this morning while I was listening to the show.I started a thread on SFN yesterday morning and it exploded....close to 1,500 posts and 60 pages of great fun in a day and a half.
So is there any proof Robin actually finished the race?
I'll save you some time and if you check out Robin's twitter page (@rqui) she's getting just raked over the coals.
Summary: There is no actual proof that Robin actually finished the NY Marathon as she claims to have done...
I hope she gets busted What a jokeI started a thread on SFN yesterday morning and it exploded....close to 1,500 posts and 60 pages of great fun in a day and a half.

She claims it malfunctioned and complained to the race organizers so they just matched up her times with that of her trainer's...When I ran the marathon I had a chip that people could track. Didn't she have one

Well, in his defense Howard gets and has access to more legal dvds and websites via password access given to him by the companies then possibly anyone else on the planet. Having said that, taking your iPad into the can to have some special time with yourself via youtube is pretty funny.Howard didn't know that there's no porn on YouTube? Jesus.
There's little doubt in my mind that Sirius is his preference. He wouldn't be doing all that passive aggressive countdown stuff if he really wanted to go somewhere else.Well after the Jay Z interview (which was awesome) someone called and he said he will definitely be working and that he is not interested in time off.He also said that the easiest place to do that was at Sirius which makes me think they might be getting closer to a deal then I originally anticipated
Was only able to listen to some of it. Was good thoughAll I could think about was the interview a few weeks back on NBC. I didnt know if that was really Billy Joel or not but this interview went a lot smootherSurprised no talk about the show yesterday. I am not the biggest Billy Joel fan but I thought that was amazing. He is extremely talented.
Bobo dead last with an 87, had to get out of the car, don't know the rest. I these IQ showsIQ test updates? The KC phone call was funny. That boy is messed up.
