Meh, not getting very lucky with the draft spots in this league as of yet. #14 last year and #12 this year.

what I like about the 12-14 range is you can play the guessing game as to who will be coming back to you at the turn.I won the league last year with the #14 pick so it's obviously not a death sentence. That being said, I love the seven spot the more I'm looking at it.

Well I'm not worried, I got 2nd from that 16 spot last year. A sound strat can work from any draft position.

#2 again. I promise not to take Priest Holmes this time.

We are not drafting yet because I haven't finished my projections yet. 4 teams down, 28 to go. Ouch. Call me next week.

LIVID that it's reverse order, WTF? I saw my 18 in the email inbox and was :pickle: but now I've gone to this thread and am :sadbanana:

Um, you got 2nd in the JV league. It was I who took 2nd in Varsity. But anyway, welcome to the big-leagues fella. :bye:

When are we starting this thing?!?!?
My invite says On Sun Aug 13 9:00:00 a.m. ET 2006.
No. That must be the default setting that MFL puts in. We need to decide when you guys want to start drafting. Some people mentioned that they might not be around, so I had planned on starting Monday 8/7, but it makes no difference to me if you want to start sooner.

Monday the 7th is perfect for me. Also, get ready for the cel-phone calls from the crapper in Vegas with my picks. That will take place the 17th - 20th. :lmao: Last year, I took the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth...my escort told me so. :bowtie:

I turned the draft on and the timer off. No one will be penalized if they don't make a pick. We'll see how it goes.
Hate to be a ##### (not really), but there's really no need for me to pick until the timer goes on. No sense expose myself to a pre-season injury while the draft is held up in the middle of the first for a few days.

Just take Steve Smith now. You I know you want him. :lmao:

can someone link me to the rules of this league?
Scoring system and rules are surprise, surprise in the rules and by-laws section of each league's website.Second choice is in the first link in the league sign up thread in Page 1 of the Shark Pool.

Bass' agent notified me today that he's planning on holding out for more than top pick money, so I guess we'll have to go back to the negotiating table with a better package to get him to pick.

we need 6 more for mbsl 1

bass is allowing people to sign up for more than one so we can fill it

he also removed mandatory trades

they are encouraged but not required

Now that league 2 has established a ADP sample for you guys drafting should be much easier...
League 3 is trailing, only at 6.15 right now, but it's interesting how different the draft strategies have been between the two leagues. Anway, there are two samples to look at.

We've (league 3) have been lagging league 2....and I've been tracking differences.

I think the biggest difference was league 2 went real early on TE's.

Sorry about the formatting...I don't know how to retain the spacing.
