Being new to SSL this year, could someone explain how "Spot in dice roll" ultimately translates into draft position. TIA

It doesn't. It just helps eliminate possible arguements once the single roll is made, while helping eliminate the everybody makes a die roll separately crap.

I won SSL1 in 2004, Atomic Punk won it in 2005 (I finished 2nd), 2006 is still up for grabs (I've made top 4 but am probably the weakest of the group and may go this week).I think you won one of the other SSL's in 2004 Fro. Twilight could probably clarify this.

Draft will start Monday after the NFL draft for league one and the four drafts will be staggered. I'll post a sign-up thread for alternates on Saturday of draft day. I expect about 10-14 openings.

I'm not searching every thread or going thru every pm over the last couple of months. Basically a thread will go up on Saturday of the NFL draft. First come, first serve...but everyone here has a heads up. I'll promote up from the lower leagues and then back fill into SSL4. We had pretty significant turn over last year.

I'll post it right towards the start of the draft when I check in here for takes on the draft. Just trying to be fair to everyone...looks like we'll have plenty of spots open and many people moving up in leagues. FYI...I'll do league promotions based on total points from last year. I'll lock and load league one sometime on Sunday.
