Anything I should know prior to trying them?
I imagine I have to wait for a night where the sex is a sure thing, correct? How close to the sexy time can I take it? I would hate to take it and then get shutdown by my wife.

And as already stated, just bite off 1/3 or 1/2 the pill about an hour or so beforehand. It usually "lasts" quite a while, but I think a four hour window is the sweet spot.

I went for my annual physical this week, my doctor had prescribed me 6 Cialis pills a month at 10mg which is $50 to fill through my pharmacy. She told me about a compounding pharmacy and now I'm getting 30 lozenges at 10mg for $70.
Anyone used compounding lozenges before? Noticed any differences in potency? Are you able to break them in half?

I'm going to let you guys in on a great, cheap alternative here. Couple of disclaimers:
1. Read up on this stuff before use. As with all things you put in your body, everyone is different. Also, the 1st part of this cold blue steel combo has a few driving instructions.
2. I have never been a person who "needed" help. I started using this once I began a relationship with an insatiable woman who is several years younger and after several days in a row on a consistent basis, a little help-me-out was just what was needed. So, i'm not saying if you need legitimate medical help, this is the same as the prescribed drugs. I am saying if you're a guy that is otherwise "okay" and you want to go from a 98 lb. weakling on a beach to a muscle-bound beast, then this DOES THE TRICK.
The combo is cheap and super effective and is achieved by combining two products. The first is Extenze, which you may have heard of or remember being advertised by guys like Jimmy Johnson in years past. It is easily obtained in places like Walgreens and Amazon and you will pay about $20 for 30 of them.
The second is Phenibut. Take the time to read up on it because it is specific in how you use it and is highly recommended to be used sparingly (like no more than twice per week). It is also an interesting read as to how it came to be.
So, short-version of the story: For about $40 for a 30 day/use supply, this little combo is without a doubt a grand slam out-of-the-park winner. It is absolutely amazing what it will do for you. It's got a 3-6 hour effective duration and without becoming too graphic, I will just say you will be very happy with the results. It does its job and intensifies the beginning and end stages of the experiences.

You can use this on an as-needed basis or daily (the Extenze, not the Phenibut...do NOT use Phenibut every day). If you use it daily, you are going to be waking up in the middle of the night with some incredible erections. It kind of has a build up effect that, if it stays in your system, you won't walk around with a flag pole in your pants 24/7 but when you get erect, you are going to feel very full and erect. When you have sex, you are going to have some very intense orgasms and you are likely going to stay more erect than not immediately following. The best way I can describe it is it feels like your orgasm is coming from way deeper inside you and comes out about 5x more forceful than it used to.

49 years old. No sweat getting it up, but rebound rate has seriously declined while getting older. Had annual doctor appointment this past week. Just flat out told him the truth and what I was looking for. Wanted to experiment with Viagra or something similar. He told me the bar is very low for any form of prescription and that I only had to ask for it. I qualify under the "maintaining an erection" reason. Mistake #1. Never tell your partner you took it. When I have taken V I have never said anything and my wife is like "Dam..you young stud!!"
On another note there have been a couple times it was totally wasted when people came over unexpected and I had already taken one an hour before. Good thing I had had good results even the net morning.

They have pretty good support. You can open a chat window and just ask them if they got your order.
One time my order was taking a long time so I chatted with them and they said it was held up in customs and they would send me another package. They said if the first one made it through to just keep it. Both ended up making it to me, so I got a double order.

Yung Major used to take V recreationally and experienced similar side effects. I tried Cialis instead and much prefer it. Not as immediate, longer lasting and didn't seem as harsh on my body (no side effects to note).

Two week update:
Used sildenafil several times. Amazing results. Initially thought headache was side effect after first use. Haven't had that feeling again and it may have been something else like drinking too much. Have to admit, wish I had taken this plunge several years ago.
