I wouldn't say it increases desire but you'll likely be more confident and willing to partake in the act once your sail is set.  And yes, you'll be in the game longer, sometimes all night like a lumberjack.

Desire/libido is almost completely controlled by testosterone.  I would say it's worth a try either way.

Looks like you've gotten your answers for 1 & 2, but #1 could be remedied in other ways.

I still have the desire. My wife is concerned will there be an increased desire to have relations with the same results that have been happening lately.

If the magic pills can help with question number one, my wife’s concern with question number two is probably not going to be a concern.

 
The libido question was covered many pages back, ED meds can increase libido but it's basically ad libitum (see what I did there)?  It's increasing it to the extent that it was held back by ED issues.  

If libido is driving ED issues then ED meds certainly can overpower those, but if it's for testosterone issues you'll need to get on TRT.  TRT for libido dose is (usually) miniscule.

The results will not be the same. All will be happy and well.

Give them a try and see how they work. I don't know anyone who is disappointed in the results, men and women.

Believe it or not its your estrogen that gives you a high sex drive. 

Too much test and your junk doesn't work. There's an old adage that says "if you can get an erection at all  you question your gear"

At the level that TRT is prescribed this is hardly a concern, assuming they do a legit test before starting you on it.  

The estrogen issue is even less a concern unless doing hard core bodybuilder roids basically on your own.   You need both, yes, but if as a man you have low estrogen it's by and large going to be something like cancer or serious steroids like tren causing it. Edit (also a very low fat and low calorie diet)

After the recommendations from this thread, I contacted my dr through a messaging app. Just like that I have a prescription ordered for some pills that are identical to Viagra but a different name (can’t remember the name now). 

Picked the prescription up today. Not sure when we will try it out. Hopefully soon.

Probably sildenafil which is the actual drug, Viagra is the brand name.  If it is 100mg might want to split the pill the first go around and start with a 50mg.

20 mg pills. Dr told me to try one the first time. If it does not have the desired effect, she told me to take three. Kind of surprised she went from one to three instead of two, then three.

If it makes your heart race, which shouldn't kill you, but can scare the #### out of you it can happen with as little as 5.   Also migraines are common.  

And you might find 20 is plenty.  You just tripled ur supply.

A few years ago I ordered Cialis on one of the sites posted here.  It worked very well but I had bad headaches, stuffy nose, and flushed face.  Decided to stop using it.  
 

45 years old now.  I got put on beta blockers about two years ago.  Those have impacted my virility.  

Decided to tell my doc and he gave me a prescription for viagra this past week.  He gave me 100 mg tablets and said they cost the same regardless of the number of milligrams.  He told me I could break the tablet to start out and see how it does.  

Tried it this weekend and it worked great.  Was able to have fun time with the wife at night and again the next morning.  No side effects either.  
 

I also used a goodrx coupon so it was only like $15 for 30 tablets at Costco  that I can break up to use.  
 

I feel like I am going back in time and have a new lease on life with this stuff.  Wife is thrilled too.

I’ve had good luck with securetabs. But I’m not certain what their website even is nowadays, it seems to keep changing. I got a good haul about six months ago with no problems.

I just told my Dr. I was having issues (I really wasn't, had whiskey D one night).  She wrote a script and I got generic pills for pretty cheap.   I don't have to worry about sketchy sources , and now all my doctors know and act accordingly.   Super easy, but I'm not shy in front of doctors.  I tell them everything.

I finally told my Dr. also.  I also get the generics, but I only get 6 tablets per refill.  So...I have to refill every 6 weeks, er months.

Just curious what "pretty cheap" is?

 
Cialis or Viagra? 10mg cialis? No issues here. Planning a romantic weekend with the wife so guessing cialis is the way to go?

FYI the one time I took Viagra I got a horrible headache and I didnt really think it was worth it. Definitely felt harder but nothing noticable.

Cialis has more severe side effects in some people, don't make the first time you use it be the time you are relying on it. 

If you don't need it and are doing this recreational then there's no reason to take need it dose at least the first time out, and perhaps forever.

 
After reading reviews on Reddit, I decided to give Bluechew a try. It's cheap, fast, and seems legit. You can choose between generic Viagra or Cialis. I just signed up and am waiting approval, and once approved it should take 3-4 days for delivery. All you have you have do is answer a few health questions and upload a copy of a gov issued ID. Took me all of 5 min from start to finish.

Will report back with results.

Edit: got an email saying I was approved and the pills will be shipping soon.

So I tried 10mg cialis. Didnt really see any noticeable changes other than the ability to recover quickly. As far as side effects, I got a really stuffy nose on day 2. It was pretty bad and almost prevented sexy time (hard to do some stuff when you cant breathe out of your nose). I dunno how often Im gonna use. I have a scrip of 30 that will probably last me a whole year.

 
Read that a certain urologist is recommending men with ED take a small dose of 2.5mg of Cialis or 20mg Viagra every night before bed. Helps with the nocturnal erections. Can improve urination and remove scar tissue.
 

Supposedly these drugs at small doses are heart healthy too! Avoid some heart attacks.

Not trying to be hurtful ... but ever wonder if maybe having a younger piece of strange ... vs the woman whom you've been shagging for decades ... would result in not needing these products?

I dont need the product personally and my wife and I still have sex 3 times a week. I just wanted to try it. Didnt do much for me so I doubt Id take it except for if we had an entire weekend to ourselves (which we rarely do).

I get lots of younger strange on the side, but damn if condoms don't just kill the feeling. Anything that helps with the loss of sensation due to latex is a huge help. I really have issues with them, it seems even changing positions causes a complete loss of blood down there once the condom is factored in.

I got a prescription for this a few months back to help with frequent urination overnight. I didn't like it. After about a week or so, my extremities got super swollen, mostly my feet. It almost felt like it increased my bloodflow *everywhere* -- including my hands and feet. Strange.

Lelo hex condoms are really nice.  They smell like death, but are a game changer.  

 
The side effects of a stuffy nose these days is a problem.  When I take Viagra or Cialis and get the stuffy nose the wife starts asking me if I think I have COVID.  SMH.

Eh, I'll give these a shot too.  I've been hearing about it for a while.  Just did my televisit and everything...seemed super easy.  

I've never really needed ED meds, much less actually used it.  Wife and I are still regular, but I'm interested in extending the sessions.

This is what I thought when I was younger. I was like, dudes cant get hard cause their wifes are all fat and old!

Well my wife is neither fat nor old and I was having issues during the game. Like, down 4 in OT, driving the length of the field and then Tony Romoing before the finish. 

Now Im Tom Brady.

The trick is NOT going through your insurance. I have one of the very best health plans in existence and its still cheaper to just do the GoodRx thing.

I will say that I think I picked up on that some smaller pharmacies will give you a slight hard time with the code and may want to charge you a little more. 

I get my sildenafil at costco, 30 pills + $20. After the first couple 30 day bottles you can ask to get 90 days at a time so less frequent trips and you can horde em.
