Looking for a Fantasy Football League with the following characteristics:
Internet only (no physical gatherings necessary)
Consists of moderately competitive owners on average or better
Is Public or Private, it doesn't matter
Keeper or Dynasty league
11 - 15 teams
Free - Entry fees less than $10
Uses any stat service
Categorical scoring system
Has a playoff system
Free agents acquired via waiver process
Does not have a Salary Cap
Does not use IDP's
No preference on Draft Date or Type
Also, prefer to use Fleaflicker or Yahoo, but open to other ideas for Stat Services.
