I'm heading out for the night and won't be available until around noon tomorrow.

I'm not up until 1.11, so that should line up well.

 
1.06 Randy Moss, WR

I hated this spot. Probably could get Moss a couple spots later but there's no standout RB IMO at this point. I could give you a list of about 5 names that might do well this year but I can't select 5 names, I have to select 1 out of those 5, and odds are that the 1 I select today will have a hard time out producing Randy Moss this year. That's the reality, this is the pick.

exactly why I gave myself the 5 spot. Tons of ??? and if's and butts after the 5 pick. Sure there is some good players there but tons of landminds as well.

Duckboy's at the tail end of the White Elephant draft currently running here as well, so I'm sure he'll see that this has started also. He just didn't need to be around most of the day since his pick's are so far apart. Seeing as how he is one pick away from being OTC in WE, I imagine he'll make his selection here when he checks in.

I knew it wouldn't get back to me before I got back.

Don't worry BnB, Mrs. Punk will be backing me up throughout the draft since I'll be out of town for parts of it.

I'll usually send a list, I just didn't want to do it for round one ... I wanted to see how this played out and how some teams were strategizing.

 
Sorry, had a minor surgical procedure on thursday afternoon. Home recovering (well, mostly recovered already) but just became aware we started. Pick up in a minute or 2.

 
1.11 Clinton Portis RB WAS

I'm liking this 10 through 13 spot and think there is pretty good value here. Portis is at worst "solid" and at best could be in the top 5 at year end.
