I would like to reiterate my dislike of starting these things on a Friday. It makes no sense.

I would also like to say in advance that the eight hour clock is the second stupidest thing about these drafts, second only to Pasquino and his ilk freaking out about the pace of a draft that starts in March.

That said, big thanks for drafting with your first pick, Jeff.

Sorta reminds me of those whiney tool NE fans.Don't worry fred, I'll slot you in a league with a 48 hour clock that only picks on tue-thur if you promise to keep the string out of sight. Please tell us that you're already married so we know if you've hit rock bottom yet.P.S. I wouldn't pick Favre

Holy speed-demons batman.

Last I was on -line, all of 4 or so hours ago, y'all hadn't even started to choose the league members!

Let me have Westbrook...PMing next!

Crap! 1 pick in and we're already bustin on NE? Gonna be a long 20 rounds!

I've been retreating from reality, so I hadn't checked in until now. I guess I can't defend my 2 time championship in PDSL 1. But it's close enough.

1.5 Steven Jackson

Sent a list to Gamma1210 for the 1.13. I'll be out of hand for about 24 hours. I'll be back to check in Sunday PM sometime. Please PM Gamma when my pick is up.

IMO, the 6 spot is pretty tough. I'd be happy with any of the first 5 guys, but it seems like the uncertainty with the next guys draws a pretty clear other tier. That said I do like drafting close to the middle to take better advantage of value sliding, especially in a 16 team draft.

Edit to say that it looks like the same discussion was going on in PDSL 3 before I brought it up.

You deserve a little pain after stealing Cooley in WE.

I won't be around this afternoon (going to opening day of the Yanks!!).

Since I don't want to hold this up, can someone who picks after me in round 2 take a PM?

Thanks.
