I'll be leaving about 930 central this morning and won't be back until about 7 tonight. Sent a list to Ravnz. If anyone else can take a list, let me know. Thanks

I was going to not comment on both of these.......BUT since neither this or my other draft are moving an inch at this point.....WHY don't you people send your list to more than one person???

...or at LEAST to someone who is available more often

On more than one occasion I have offered to take lists for Anyone in this draft - (rant erased here)

both people sent a list to the person who picks directly after them. that's what you should always do to prevent holding the draft up. if the person after them isn't around, the draft is going to get stuck there regardless.

tex and I have fired a couple lists back and forth w/each other, so this has been the first protocal w/us---most days, I am in and outta here several times, as I was today, and sent the list to H-t-F, in case he jumped in before I got back from the latest "honey-do"so...it's all good

now...you've got a trade offer sitting in your "IN" box, and I don't want to hold up that other draft, so...

Yes, the draft might be stuck Aaron, but if the guy you send the pick to doesn't show up in time, you now have the wrong guy on a short clock when it could have been avoided by sending his list to two drafters instead of just the one behind them. Capiche?

in this type of scenario, I think it is the missing person who should be on the clock. the person who sent the list basically made his pick and he just asked the person after him to announce it. the person holding things up would be the person who isn't around...hence, he should be in danger of timing out rather than the person who was considerate enough to send a list.just my :thumbdown:regardless, this is a no-money message board draft in May. no reason to get worked up about it if the pace slows at times.

 This draft ebbs a lot in speed, I think only one other round we managed to get through like 6+ picks that quickly this early. I'm pretty consistent with my hours of operation, asleep from 4-11 PST usually. So you know, sorry about the delay, but OM still had like 3-4 hours to go. Also, though I appreciate that people are shipping PM's. I don't need 6 of them telling me OM is up. Shockingly I can read the first 3 + AIM message I got.

OM: 7.07 - Ben Watson NE,TE

I pick: 7.08 - Kevin Smith, DET, RB

I PM'd you b/c that is the standard practice after someone picks - ie, for that guy to PM the next person.Since I posted for me (7.04), as well as the guys at 7.05 and 7.06 - it was my responsibility to PM the 7.07 guy. But since he asked that you be PM'd - I shot the PM to you (in addition to sending him one).

Again, standard practice. If you got other PMs - they are from others. But as the one passing the baton, it was my job to make sure you were PM'd.

8.2 Chester Taylor, RB MIN
Another great value pick. I was torn between taking my two QB's back-to-back or taking Taylor as a handcuff for ADP and solid RB3 in this format. I didn't think he would make it back to me, but I was holding out hope after he was still around after the turn.
