I struggled with this for a while, making sure to write my status in the third person (e.g. Mike "just ate lunch, and now he's going to throw himself down a flight of stairs.") But that gets annoying very fast, and it limits your options. Now I'm freestylin like the rest of FB nation, and it feels great. Very liberating.
