Was going to post this one a few days ago but wasn't sure if it was Geico or Progressive. Progressive has some terrible ones too where Flo has try and not talk about insurance for a few seconds and then she can't do it and blurts out something like "Save money, switch to Progressive!"

As an Indians fan, it's super annoying because Progressive has the naming rights to the former Jacobs Field.  So, every other radio spot features her or that human willow branch Jamie.

Any commercial where they are trying to capitalize on the mask, like showing Domino's delivery guys in masks and there are countless examples.

What is with all the pizza commercials talking about how the pizza doesn't get touched by anyone once it goes in the oven?  Do people actually think someone was grabbing or touching a pipping hot fresh out of the oven pizza?

And the dominos one where the guy has the "carry out" delivered to his car and pops the trunk so the kid puts it in there?  WTF?

I worked in two pizza places as a youth, these commercials drive me nuts.

Any commercial that features the Capital One guy walking thru a coffee cafe like a make believe lobby when all the BANK LOBBIES ARE CLOSED!!! And what's up with those pants/jeans, that guy should have done porn as my wife tells me every time it runs.

Your wife is looking at the size of his Otis Mitts, not his pants.

If I were a Domino's competitor, I'd run an ad where the pizza went right from the oven to the trash with the tagline "Yeah, I wouldn't touch this pizza either."

The Gatorade one with Zion, Todd Gurley and Bryce Harper.

At the end they have Zion dunking on some $100 portable basketball hoop that you fill the base up with water to try and stabilize it.   Ummm, you couldn't find a driveway with a little something nicer for one of the most powerful dunkers in the NBA?

Why is LADodger pitcher Clayton Kershaw in a commercial where he gives up an epic home run?  He even has enough time to hop into his car and catch the massive blast in a random little league field? Seems like the writer could have come up with a better script for a commercial than that.

Was it a commercial for trash cans?

Info: "When Clayton Kershaw throws a pitch that appears to be hit out of the park, he is lucky to have Hankook Tires to help him track it down. He speeds through a country road, skirts past a hitchhiker and proves to a few kids that pitchers can indeed play defense as he makes the long catch."

That write-up may be worse than the commercial.  So stupid.  😆

Maybe it was a playoff game....

And yes I've seen it.  And as a baseball, Dodger and Kershaw fan, its horrible.

I've had enough of "The New Chris Paul".

Also, Chris Paul drives a Kia and parks it outside of his mansion.

The one in the weight room with the kettle bell, you can see his skull covering curl up on the back of his neck.

Spectrum vs satellite

It has the opposite effect from what it intends - it makes me wish I could switch from cable to satellite.

"This is Jessica. She still has satellite tv."

"Well, I get tons of HDs."

"Spectrum has tons of HD."   (Jessica should have just walked away from her right there.)

It is so obvious, I assume it's intentional.  As in, "This guy is just pretending to be him...see that?" Either way, it's a dumb conceit.

He's more likeable than Chris Paul.  Plus CP3 needs someone to bark instructions at.  Or to blame when things end before he wants them to.  Like these commercials hopefully.

I think they were banking on ex-Georgia QB Jake Fromm to be the new "Jake FROMM State Farm", but then some old racist text was unveiled and that ended that.   I'm sure that may have had some motivation to go completely away from white guy Jake.

Agreed.  One is the name of a car brand...the other is not.  If anybody calls their vehicle "an Alexa" they are very, very confused.  Or in an unreleased Black Mirror episode.

This commercial was clearly designed to evoke a positive emotional response.  But for some reason it makes me angry and I can't really articulate why.  Is it the fact that adopting an Asian boy has nothing to do with high-end luxury closet design?  Is it because the premise of being inspired to do good by your closet is preposterous on its face?  Is it the fact that this lady has 60 pairs of shoes presented in a backlit display?

I pretty much hate every commercial that deliberately attempts to manipulate heartstrings.

Also, what's wrong with her eyes?

It's OK to spend ridiculous amounts for a fancy closet because you're adopting poor Asian kid.

This one just drives me nuts on every single level imaginable, the stupid is strong with this one.

I have to be honest, if I'm walking through the motor oil aisle, I am WAY more freaked out watching this middle aged Asian woman having a slow motion seizure (who looks like she's afraid of being attacked by those miniature race car drivers) than I am of the dancing miniature race car drivers.

The music is so full of suck, don't even get me started on that but I'll bet I've watched this ####### commercial at least a thousand times (on mute of course) and, as God is my witness, I STILL don't think I could pick out Kevin Harvick, in miniature or life size. . . .although I think miniature is the life sized version for most of these little race car driver fellows.

Yes he's not my candidate, but Joe Biden campaigning on the bodies of his dead family members is tasteless and grotesque.
