Maybe so. If 2010 is his floor then the pick will be OK. Maybe TN will come to their senses and get him involved in the passing game. The QB situation there can't be much worse than this year. The situation in Clevland isn't much better on paper, they just worked Hillis in...going with the better talent Who knows what's going on in Minny. Vick could be interesting, but I'm not willing to risk the durability issues in a survivor league at the QB position. There will be QB options at the 2/3 turn and 4/5 turn. That left one other guy and I'm not going to stat chase

For the first time in a while, depends on format of draft and league to determine the first pick. Its been LT, ADP, and CJ the past few years, now u may see some QBs go #1 for the first time in years.

Championship

WOW, honestly did not think he would go that high.
WOW why WOULDN'T you think he would got that high - was the highest scoring player in 2010 and I see no reason to downgrade him for 2011.
There have been more consistant players over time who can give better results, IMHO. Not saying Foster is not good, as a matter of fact I am a fan. But I feel there is more risk then others out there at the #2 overall pick. I'll leave the names to guess as the draft is still going.

There have been better spellers and writers as well - go make some picks in Playpen #3 where your comments should be - not in a draft you are not invovled in. TYIA

i wouldve taken foster at 1

ditto Fids
 Not only was he the #1 RB, but he was the #1 RB and it wasn't close. He's young and very little will change in Houston.About as safe as you can get IMHO.I didn't want the #2 pick if Foster went #1, now I'm pretty happy that I got it.

What risks do you associate with Foster?

Biggest risk I see is that you have him at #1 overall. Based on your track record, that means he's a guaranteed bust.

Again with the spelling,? lol...and I'm free to comment anywhere, sorry your not hip to opinions. Keep worrying about spelling, cuz ur fantasy knowledge is lacking. Your just intentionally trying to start an issue with comments like that, like so many on this board.does my spelling pleeeeze u yet?

The fact that he has only played one year, and they have this guy named Tate who will get some reps, they had no one to spell Foster this year....and there has never been a player who had just one good year, then has done nothing else ever...that has never happened before. Please everyone finds an excuse to take dicussion to the next level, when I simply stated what some others are thinking. 1.2 is a little too high for a guy who played just 1 solid year. I can name 5 players I'd take higher, but I forgot opinions of my own are not allowed.

So last year matters next year? Not even one little bit does last year matter for next year. Not even in the slightest.Again you confuse what i said about his draft positon about what his talent is, he is a talent i like foster, just not at #2 overall, I did not know that left me to exile.PS, CJ2K led every running back in 2009, did he duplicate that the following year? No, but your saying Foster will?

This may be out of line, but I am willing to take the chance. This thread has had 19 posts and 6 are by one person not even involved in this draft.

As a favor to those that observe via telephone, please limit draft discussions in this thread. I will start a new one up just for discussions. Additionally, if you are NOT involved in this thread, please try not to be contentious if you feel you need to post here.

Thanks to all! :goodposting:

This may be out of line, but I am willing to take the chance. This thread has had 19 posts and 6 are by one person not even involved in this draft. As a favor to those that observe via telephone, please limit draft discussions in this thread. I will start a new one up just for discussions. Additionally, if you are NOT involved in this thread, please try not to be contentious if you feel you need to post here. Thanks to all!

I was looking for the discussion thread, did not see it, but however to say a person observing can not post is what really is out of line. Especially when posts are about football and the draft directly.

Never thought that Peterson would fall to me, but when he slipped to 5, I thought that there was a chance. That's just cruel.

Still several names that could go here - this tier is pretty large imo. Going upside:

1.14 Roddy White WR Falcons

will PM Fiddles and I have to say that being at the end AND surrounded by Twilight and ACP on one side and Fiddles and radballs on the other is NOT what I call an outstanding draft slot.
