Their argument is that Obama would have to run a negative campaign and that would ruin him. It's difficult for me to view Hillary as the great compromiser who will bond the two parties together.

CORRECTION: The headline on an earlier version of this article misidentified Cadell and Schoen. They each formerly worked Democratic pollsters, but in recent years have been identified more as critics of the party who have supported independent political movements.

I guess to complete the package she should bring in Pelosi as her running mate. Might as well double their pleasure.

I still think back to how much she bungled her campaign the first time around. No reason to think she'll be able to do better this time around. Seems wishful thinking by some.

No, Hillary already said she isn't running. Politicians at that level don't have that much ego.

Collard Greens. What do they mix best with?

Smoked meats. I prefer ham but others like turkey wings and neck bones.

Well, maybe she would get a long with Boehner, they both seem to be able to drop a tear now and then.

They made a lot of mistakes but the Clintons also walked into the perfect stormI still think the groundwork for the Clinton insurgency began a year ago

I fry up a healthy amount of bacon and onions in the pot before I add the greens, and some smoked meat. The bacon adds a lot.

I couldn't have put it better...4 years to prepare, and "crapping the bed" would be too kind of a description as to where the GOP stands today...

:goodposting: I'm glad the WSJ dug deep to finally track down this little known nugget and correct their error after the article was likely read by the vast majority of daily readers. What a joke the WSJ has become in recent years.

I apologize for the unfairness of this post. I completely forgot to include the twice-divorced guy who left wife while she was in the hospital getting cancer treatments. Apologies for the oversight.

His Massachusetts healthcare plan that he bragged about during the last GOP primary was the blueprint.

So there's no difference between a plan at a state level and one at a federal level?

HINT: I also don't actually think Cain is a felon-level sexual predator, or that Rick Perry is clinically insane.
