First time dynasty player (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone

This is my first year at a dynasty league. Had the draft on friday and was wondering if anyone thought i had a shot at the playoffs this year, or did i draft a team for a playoff spot next year? I was 10th in the draft, of a 12 team league. There are 24 roster spots we drafted 20 and there are 4 spots for Practice Squad. To be picked up off the waiver, so i will have a chance to improve. I have no idea how to hand out contracts either we have a total of 95 years to hand out so any advice would be helpfull. So i will Thank you in advance for ANY help you guy's could give me.
