This is my 1st time in this league, and I have a question that's not covered in the rules.

If I place the winning bid on a particular free agent at $100, and the next highest bid (losing bid) was $75, do I get that free agent for $76 or will i lose the entire $100?

why can't i see the amount of the winning bid and each team updated amout

You can.

Select "Reports", then "Waiver Wire". You can select the specific week that you want to review.
