FFPC Main Event Prize question (1 Viewer)

What is the "Regular Season Overall Leaderboard Points Leader (Weeks 1-11)" payout? It pays $2,500 for 1st, $1,000 for 2nd, and $500 for 3rd. Are these weekly payouts to the top three scores each week among all 750+ leagues? Or something else? Couldn't find an explanation in the rules...

That's referring to the top scoring teams out of the entire pool of teams at the end of Week 11. Not a weekly payout.
