**** Official Aaron Rodgers injury thread ***** (1 Viewer)

I dont think the Bears being the one to put him out means much as far as Rodgers being worried about it or the coaches.

If anything for him we have seen he likes to keep that chip on his shoulder and will want to make them pay for taking away about half of his season.

Rotoworld:

Aaron Rodgers is not listed on this week's injury report.

Rodgers emerged from his Week 17 return unscathed. He'll be ready to rock against the Niners on Sunday in a game that could feature sub-zero temperatures on the frozen tundra. In four career games when temps were under 21 degrees, Rodgers has posted a 95.2 passer rating while averaging 255.2 passing yards and tossing six touchdowns against three interceptions.

Rotoworld:

Aaron Rodgers says there are no residual issues with the broken left collarbone that cost him seven games last season.
"It feels good," Rodgers said. "I don't have any issues." Rodgers did not appear to be inhibited during his two-game return, while the Packers wouldn't have cleared him had they feared any future issues. The injury is a non-story heading into the 2014 season.

Rotoworld:

Aaron Rodgers promises to keep using his scrambling ability when opportunities present themselves.
Rodgers' athleticism is an underrated part of his skill set, both in real life and fantasy. "It adds an extra dimension to my game," he said. Rodgers has generally popped off three or four rushing TDs per season, but didn't have any last year. We can expect him to continue to supplement his stats with rushing yards and scores this season. Rodgers is Rotoworld's No. 2 QB for 2014.

Thought this was great news.

Rotoworld:

Coach Mike McCarthy said Aaron Rodgers has had his "best spring."

The broken left collarbone that derailed the Packers' 2013 season has been fully healed for more than seven months now. So it's not a surprise that Rodgers, now 30 years old, 11 pounds lighter and squarely in his prime, is looking sharp. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel notes that the average age of starting Super Bowl quarterbacks over the last 48 years is 29.80.
