What I'm going to do is have each of the remaining owners draft two teams. Advancement next year will look like this.
SSL1 - SSL1 1st - 6th (6), SSL2 1st - 5th (5), SSL3 1st - 4th (4), SSL4 1st (1)
SSL2 - SSL1 7th - 11th (5), SSL2 6th - 10th (5), SSL3 5th - 8th (4), SSL4 2nd - 3rd (2)
SSL3 - SSL1 12th - 15th (4), SSL2 11th - 14th (4), SSL3 9th - 13th (5), SSL4 4th -6th (3)
SSL4 - SSL 1 16th (1), SSL2 15th - 16th (2), SSL3 14th - 16th (3), SSL4 7th and 8th (2), 8 newbies.

Let's go with it.
All though I may just go with three leagues next year. I'm wondering if ff interest is waning across the the board. We were growing until the lockout year. I know FBG took a hit the following year but bounced back last year. Maybe it's waning message board interest rather than ff interest.
