lol - we were typing at the same time - your post was shorter.Just tied Priest Holmes for most TDs (14) in 7 games.
Well, this wasn’t the Chubb thread ?lol - we were typing at the same time - your post was shorter.
Sucks for fantasy purposes, but I can't say I blame them. Ah, well. Still another quality outing.Dang - backups in the game.
Done.Damn. Looks like they're putting the backups in. If they aren't letting Goff play, doubt they put Gurley back in.
30+, it was ok. I’ll take it.Sucks for fantasy purposes, but I can't say I blame them. Ah, well. Still another quality outing.
MFL stopped updating right before Lutz kicked that last FG.MFL not updating Gurley's receiving TD for some reason
The league I have him has bonuses & PPR.In my 0.5 point PPR league, his lowest score this season was 22.2 in Week 1. That's absurd.
Receiving TD?MFL not updating Gurley's receiving TD for some reason
Probably figured Gurley owners don't really need it.MFL not updating Gurley's receiving TD for some reason
2020 is still two years away, so we don't have to worry about that for a while. It’s gonna suck when he doesn’t score 3 tds in a game.
51 by Priest Homes in 02/03 and Tomlinson in 05/06. M.Faulk had 47 in 2000/01Whats the TD record over a 2 season span?
WowGurley has scored 88 actual NFL points through 7 weeks. The Buffalo Bills entire team has scored 81.
This Gurley guy is pretty good. Who knew...
I was thinking the same thing. He didn’t look himself and I’m not talking his obvious subpar stat lineHe has to be banged up.
Yeah more Brown than normal. And he definitely seemed to be lacking typical explosion. Bye week coming just in time.He has to be banged up.
He looked fine to me. Maybe McVay wanted to do an air raid most of the game. He had 12 carries and three receptions, which is 4 less carries and one less reception than he had last week. I think his performance had more to do with the play calling versus anything wrong with Gurley. He has to be banged up.
I dunno. You have to admit, passing 3 straight times on that last drive instead of running at least once was a bit strange. He looked fine to me. Maybe McVay wanted to do an air raid most of the game. There was nothing wrong with Hunt, and he only got two more carries than Gurley, and one more reception. It seemed to be a showcase of dueling QBs.I dunno. You have to admit, passing 3 straight times on that last drive instead of running at least once was a bit strange.
Want a mulligan here?simey said:He looked fine to me. Maybe McVay wanted to do an air raid most of the game. I convinced myself he looked fine. He is on my main fantasy team.Want a mulligan here?
So I saw McVay's comments about a tweaked ankle? Was there any other reports about severity of injury?Want a mulligan here?
He said he'll be fine. Considering he played the whole game with it and he has a bye to rest it up I tend to believe him.So I saw McVay's comments about a tweaked ankle? Was there any other reports about severity of injury?
Yeah, I just didn't see actual injury news, just the coach speaking about it, when I looked it up, so I was just seeing what information you had. Thank youHe said he'll be fine. Considering he played the whole game with it and he has a bye to rest it up I tend to believe him.
In that article they have a video clip of the play, early in the game, where he gets tackled out of bounds in an odd way where the defender lands on the back of his calves/ankles. I actually said to my sons "oh man! that was a weird tackle. he's lucky his knee or ankle didn't get wrecked". Guess I called it.Bucky86 said:
Lol ... “broadcasters”We all knew it but the broadcasters never had a clue.
Speaking Tuesday, Rams coach Sean McVay confirmed Todd Gurley was limited by an ankle issue against the Chiefs but is expected to be fine going forward.
Gurley rolled his ankle early in the proceedings but stayed in the game. He was never announced with an injury. In one of the more tilting fantasy moments of the season, he failed to find the end zone in the Rams' 54-51 victory. With the Week 12 bye to heal up, Gurley will resume dominating against the Lions in Week 13.

Yup. Had the same feeling about that play. Think I literally winced when it happened. In that article they have a video clip of the play, early in the game, where he gets tackled out of bounds in an odd way where the defender lands on the back of his calves/ankles.
