That's not available yet but on the to-do list. Meanwhile, another feature that helps identify which teams are inline for the playoffs is on the league home page. Right above the standings module, you can see three links: Standings, Schedule, Playoffs. Click on Playoffs to see the current playoff bracket if the season ended today.
