PGA Tour Thread: 2019 Season Ends (3 Viewers)

Spieth's pace of play makes it really hard to root for him, and almost impossible to watch.
I loved... LOVED... DJ waiting 10 minutes for Jordan to take his second shot on the playoff hole and then hitting his shot immediately after, almost before the cameras could even switch to him.   It was perfect, especially because Jordan's shot sucked and DJ stuffed it to 3 feet.

I'm gonna laugh if Jordan gets a slow play penalty on Sunday sweating a 15MM payout from the 24th position in the tournament.

JT is crazy talented but it's hard to describe how. Just a skinny dude with a wide arc born to golf.

Ok so it's just $15M total for all 5 payouts, 1st getting 10.

I'm lazy but I thought when they started it the payout was a bit more juiced.

Thomas has this thing all locked up from here with Kisner Casey going in the drink.

Well they certainly don't make it easy to figure that out. From pga site looks like just top 5 get bonus.

Yea, International Team events are going to get boring for a while...although I really hope Poulter stays on the Ryder for another 3-4 rounds.

I was thinking the same...these young Americans don't give a #### about Euro experience or success but young Euros like Rahm and Pieters would help.
Who would the All World team be?

According to WGR...

Matsuyama, Rahm, McIlroy, Day, Stenson, Garcia, Rose, Noren, Casey, Leishman, Fleetwood, Molinari, Cabrella Bello, Oosthuizen

vs

Johnson, Spieth, Thomas, Fowler, Koepka, Kuchar, Reed, Hoffman, Kinsner, Berger, Chappell, Harmon, Mickletits, Perez

They just said 'there's gonna be a tomorrow.' Even if the US wins today, they will play the matches tomorrow - already been paid by the advertisers, so we gotta give out something!

Not seen any of the tournament but I noticed they are in S Korea at  Nine Bridges. Looked it up and it looked like a really nice course. Anyone catch any of it? What’s the course like?

Woke up at 4:30am this morning and couldn’t get back to sleep, thank you Golf Channel for the Abu Dhabi coverage. Rory looks great after the layoff, fires a 65 today and currently tied for second one back with a few players still on the course.

That course looks really easy for these guys.

Heading to the Waste Management Open next week, my company has a Skybox on the 16th hole. Last year we were at the 17th hole which was cool but really looking forward to the madness of the 16th. I will be out there for the Pro-Am and the 1st round. Also will be checking out the Flo-Rida show Wednesday night that is also at the course. There can be worse things than getting bombed with clients for two days straight watching the greatest spectacle in golf. Sometimes work doesn’t suck.
