That gold carpet thing is the worst. Why would they think NFL draft fans (true geeks geeking out) wants to hear about Dante Fowler's $7,000 shoes?

They need to fill the air somehow. I had it on for a bit, heard about one player picking out his Mom's dress. Turned it off.

About an hour before #Titans go on clock, #Eagles and #Bears are two teams pushing hardest for No. 2 in a trade.

 Bears preferably.

Nothing screams of shameless pandering to people's sense of patriotism like doing the national anthem at a sports draft.

Hey fellas, glad to enjoy the draft with you. I'm swigging on Coors Light and ready to watch the future of the NFL unfold before my eyes! #NFLDRAFTPARTY

If MM goes 1 it's gonna break the Internet.
It would not surprise me at all if Winston does not go 1.01.

Got to believe Tennesse has a half dozen offers to process if/when Winston is selected by the Bucs.
Yeah I agree it's 99% Winston but you never know. It's possible that they've kept what they really want to do this whole time. If the GM and Coach know what they want and it isn't Winston there's nothing saying they have to leak it. Who knows, maybe they're not a big fan of Winston or Mariota and they were interested in seeing if teams would make a huge bid on Winston to them to see if they could trade down for a kings ransom. Nothing is set in stone until it is and at this point the Bucs haven't commited. At this point in 2012 we knew the Colts were taking Luck. It was already a done deal. It usually is with the 1st pick overall. It's odd that it hasn't been announced officially yet. But it's likely just the Bucs leaving the door open and not shutting it.

Wow, didn't know Shelley Smith was fighting cancer. Kudos to her going on the air today, and hope she beats it fully.

Edit for any who didn't see on ESPN, she's sporting the bald head. I bet a lot of people in media and entertainment, women especially, wouldn't have the courage to do thatt.

Haven't been this un-excited for the draft in a long time, but I do want to see which WR goes first and how many WR/RB sneak into the first round. Will also be very interesting to see where Gurley/Gordon go. I feel like the 2nd-7th round are going to be more compelling though. Not looking forward to the lengthy Mariota/Winston talk that probably awaits us.

Bears: We want the #2 pick.

Titans: Hey, we're listening. What you thinking?

Bears: We thinking Jay Cutler, and...

Titans: :click:

Poor Jay. If he doesn't get traded, he knows the Bears were looking to dump him. If the trade goes through, he knows the Titans didn't really want him.

The first 2 picks will definitely be entertaining. The 1st one will be a colossal mistake and who knows who will be making the 2nd pick.

Hey EBF. Long time no chat. Abdullah not going anywhere tonight. ;)

Good god the Titans are idiots if they trade that pick for Cutler and anything.

I mean... it is the Titans. They're not the Browns but they're no Patriots.

Eagles offering the world but the bucs are too dumb to take it. They should know how bad Winston is because people are calling them trying to move up to get Mariota. They just don't get it.

I'm done hearing from Mel Kiper about the draft... I want his hair to tell me who it thinks will be picking. That thing is an interesting animal.

Blockbuster deal of Pick 1 to the Eagles for PIck 20, Sam Bradford, Fletcher Cox, VInny CUrry and a 2016 1st?!
