The Punishment, Inc. Dynasty league has been running on its current MyFantasyLeagues.com site since 2007.
The league actually goes back longer than anyone can remember on it's original Antsports sites.
Although we open the floor every offseason to vote on rule changes, the core rules have changed very little from their classic roots.
12 Owners, $50 Fees, Full Payouts, PPR Scoring.
22 Roster Spots, with 9 Starters: QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, RB/WR/TE, K, DEF.
Owners from several states; Online slow draft.
The main thing we do differently that most dynasties is that our combined rookie/FA draft occurs later in the offseason, usually in August after training camps and depth charts start to take shape.

The open team has the 7th pick in the draft, and is mostly comprised of veteran players.
But the veterans are elite enough that they should be tradable for picks and youth if that is what you prefer.
