[FILLED] Two $60, Full-IDP, 32 Team Dynasty Leagues (1 Viewer)

Every Given Sunday is looking to fill a set of vacancies in two of its leagues.
 
EGS PRO is a 32-team dynasty league.
EGS SIM is a 32-team contract dynasty league.
 
32-teams = two 16-team conferences, each with unique player pools.
 
Both leagues are currently in the pre-Draft, pre-FA stage of the off-season.
Our target GMs are competitive, active fantasy football addicts.

ROD (Replacement Owner Draft)
 
Teams in both conferences are available for ROD if ANY of the three owners request it in the NFC or the two owners request it in the AFC. For instance, in PRO, if requested by WAS, the three NFC teams will participate in a ROD, but the AFC wouldn't necessarily have to if both owners are satisified with their teams. 
 
In short, all GMs filling vacancies in the conference would participate in a snake draft with the draftable assets consisting of each teams' players, 2016 draft picks (2 packages; must draft only one), and waiver order (2 packages; must draft only one). 
 
 
NOTABLE

• $60 annual league fee; 100% payout; $1,780 in total prize money via balanced payout structure; LeagueSafe via majority vote. 
  
• 32 teams divided among 2 conferences, each with its own player universe. 
  
• 12 week intra-conference regular season with a 12 year deep rotation; weeks 1 through 12. 
  
• 4 week postseason; weeks 13 through 16. 
  
• 38 player Active Team in PRO, 50 player Active Team in SIM.
  
• SIM is an auction style league for veterans, draft style for rookies, with contract years and salary caps. 
  
• PRO uses a draft for rookies and waivers for veterans. 
  
• Start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 K, 1 DT, 2 DE, 3 LB, 2 CB, 2 S, 1 DT/LB/CB/S. 
  
• Balanced scoring format; i.e., all positions are valuable. 
  
• 6 round annual EGS Draft; 12 hour selection clock; held the Tuesday following the NFL Draft. 
  
• Commissioner Triumvirate; 3-headed governing body to promote checks/balances, committee approach to high-level decisions, long-term league viability.
