I'm looking for a VP's Startup Dynasty League (1 Viewer)

I am an experienced dynasty player in only a few dynasty leagues that get my full attention and am looking to add one more if I can find the right match. Prefer Victory Points scoring, Auction startup draft, Superflex or at least dual-flex, 12-14 team, PPR, $50-$100ish entry fee, blind-bid waivers, No kickers.
