General Rules:
1. Roster:
a. 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 RB/WR/TE, K, DEF
b. 20 teams, 17 man roster, 3 man taxi squad, 1 NFL player per roster
c. True Dynasty, keep whoever for however long you please
2. Taxi Squad
a. May only be drafted rookies
b. Once promoted or traded, they may no longer be put back on taxi squad
3. Free Agency - Blind Bidding Waivers
a. $100 for season
b. Bidding allowed:
i. Saturday 6 PM-Tuesday 6 PM
ii. Tuesday 6 PM-Wednesday 6 PM
iii. Wednesday 6 PM-Friday 6 PM
iv. Friday 6 PM-Saturday 6 PM
4. Draft
a. Slow email draft
b. The order is completely random from round to round
c. There will be a 6 hour timer for each pick and picking will be disabled from 2 AM-8 AM eastern time
5. Buy-in/Payouts - League Safe
a. $55 per team (league fees included) – must pay for 2 years ($110)
i. Year one:
1. 1st - $400
2. 2nd - $200
3. 3rd - $100
4. 4th – Remaining money after league fees
5. Best Record - $50
6. Most Points - $50
7. Most Points in One Game - $50
8. Best QB - $50
9. Best RB - $50
10. Best WR - $50
ii. Year two:
1. 1st (Premier League) - $450
2. 2nd (Premier League) - $275
3. 3rd (Premier League) - $125
4. 4th (Premier League) – Remaining money after league fees
5. 1st (Lower League) - $75
6. 2nd (Lower League) - $50
7. 3rd (Lower league) - $25
Year One:
1. Two ten-team conferences including two divisions of five teams each.
2. Each team will play 4 teams in own division, twice and then play all other 15 teams where doubleheaders will happen at random.
3. Winner of each division will have top 4 seeds in the playoffs
4. Next 4 teams with most points will be the 5-8 seeds
5. The next 4 teams with most points will be the last 4 teams included the “Premier League” going into year 2.
6. The remaining 8 teams will be placed in the lower league going into year 2.
Year Two:
1. Premier League of the top 12 teams is established. Lower League of 8 teams is established.
2. Three divisions of four teams each in the Premier League and two divisions of four teams in the Lower League.
3. Premier League will not play the Lower League during the regular season and same goes for the Lower League playing the Premier League
4. Top 6 teams of the Premier League will advance to the playoffs, that includes
5. the top 3 division winners and the next 3 teams with the best record and the first tie breaker being the most points throughout the season.
6. The bottom 4 teams of the Premier League will be relegated to the Lower League, whereas the top 4 teams of the Lower League will be promoted to the Premier League going into year 3.
