***OFFICIAL*** 9th pick in 12 team PPR (1 Viewer)

Short Corner

Footballguy
Wanted to get this one rolling.  Done several mocks and keep having Gronk fall in my lap.  Followed up with Zeke and Jefferey multiple times. Ingram and TY on my most recent.

Drafting there tonight and originally thinking Gronk but now I think he'll fall to me in the 2nd ("hurt", Garopp, Bennett, etc.) so I'm almost positive I'm going top WR (Hop, Dez, Green).

My draft so far, 12 team ppro 1qb,2rb,3wr,1flex,te,k,def.

D johnson

L miller

Cooks

Landry

Tate

Floyd

How is cooks available that late in the third? I have this pick in my big money league and every mock has him available to me there but I'm just not buying it

As much as I like Gronk, comparing your draft and mine illustrates why I picked RB over him in the first. IMO the strength of our WRs are similar, but my RBs are much better, and I like my QBs better also, though there may not be much of a margin there. Does Gronk's margin over Kelce/Eifert make up for the difference? It's close.

The Charles pick probably looked a bit better at the time than it does now.

Big boost for this team if Gordon comes back strong, but he seemed like a reach in the 6th; his ADP is currently #88 overall.

Surprised you didn't go TE earlier given 2 PPR.

Gronk is usually enough of a differentiation (about 5-10 points) that he's worth it.  I only have 1 TE - I can have 3/4 RB's and WR's and pick the best match-ups each week to remove some of the difference.  With Gronk it's plug and play every week.

I like Jameis's upside - I only pick up 1 QB during the draft and try to stock up on RB/WR flyers at the end of draft.
