I would take Perryman over Kendricks (if I can only take one).  I would look to pick up both of them if possible as they could by your long term LB corps for years to come.

Keep Lee & Marshall.

Between the two in the OP, go after Perryman.  The Chargers defense could be on the field a lot this year and he flashed a lot last season.
