Trade AJ Green and Jennings for Cooks, Lacy, and Desean Jackson?

QB: Rivers

RB: Howard, Stewart, Foster, Jennings, Yeldon, Dwayne Washington. CAP

WR: Green, Dez, Hilton, Cobb, Travis Benjamin 

TE: Fleener

I do think Lacy is much better than Jennings, and saw a couple of articles recommending him as a trade target.  Still, Green is truly elite at WR, while Cooks is boom/bust (I own him, I know this for a fact), and Desean Jackson looks to be on the down slope, so I don't see much value in him.

Might consider it if you could add something better than Jackson in that third spot.
