Drop Eifert for DeAndre Washington? (1 Viewer)

My team is the walking wounded and bye week hell this week so I'm scraping the barrel to field a team. Below are my bolded starters for this week because of injuries and byes. I'm super thin being forced to currently play Dixon but have the opportunity to pick up Washington. Should I do so even if it's for a one week filler (or longer if Washington shines and Murray's foot injury lingers)?

QB: B. Roethlisberger

WR: J. Jones, Q. Enunwa, J. Maclin (bye), B. Cooks (bye)

RB: O. Darkwa, K. Dixon, D. Martin (inj), L. Murray (inj)

TE: D. Pitta, T. Eifert

Flex: V. Cruz

K: D. Hopkins

D: Minnesota

Other WW TEs: E. Ebron, D. Allen. H. Henry, J. James

I would drop Dixon for DeAndre instead of Eifert. Then next week, you can drop Pitta for another need and keep playing Eifert all year.

I would drop Darkwa for deandre as it sounds like Jennings will be back this week
