He's strong at RB, i'm strong at WR so it makes sense to do some deal here... what do you think?

It's fair value, but you need to find some WR depth to make it work for you.  If one of those WR go down, you can be in trouble.

I like the idea of upgrading at RB, but I don't think Ryan Mathews is the answer.  Way too injury prone.  Steve Smith's needle is moving up and Mathews is moving sideways or down.  I'd stand pat for now and wait for something better to appear.

Or maybe offer TY Hilton plus an RB for Lamar Miller - that would be a real upgrade for you at RB.

I wouldn't do it. Mathews is often hurt, and when he's not the backups will cut into his production.
