Who has more upside the rest of the season:

Lynch or Tannehill?

I currently have Eli and Tannehill.  Our league uses Team QBs so I automatically get all QBs on the Giants and Dolphins. So if I were to drop Tannehill and pick up Lynch, I would also get Siemien. 

Drop Tannehill or keep him?
