*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (12 Viewers)

Dang! They're offering Rockies at 2½ on the team total. Juiced AF too. Think I'm gonna avoid that game. Both teams feel hot, but LA just got done with that emotional late-inning deal last night - and the Rockies are kinda rested, looking like they had it pretty easy with 'Zona the last few days after the day off a couple days ago. Dodgers haven't had a day off in a while and are in the middle of a super-long home stand with all these division rivals.

think they sneak one in then jet lag sneaks in tomorrow
Rays were masters of the 9th inning after Montas finally sat down last night. They didn't have anything all game. Montas held them pinned down for 24 outs, but then they rocked that isht in the 9th inning, hardcore. But their reliever was just too wiped out after the Yankee beat down + jet lag all mounted. Last night was the game the Rays needed, but couldn't get off the field in time before the travel caught up to them, and I wonder how they slept - because it's going to be another late night. I know a couple Rays' dudes probably didn't sleep at all after that bottom 9th. Think I'm gonna drop a grand on the A's when I get to the Hard Rock if it's even money. I'm not gonna land in Vegas just to immediately drop -180 on the Dodgers tho. A's feel sharper and I feel like I bonded with that entire game last night.

Chain, whatcha got on CFL tonight?  I played Roughriders + the points last night and was glad I did.  Just wanna gamble on football, even if it's a communist version.

#### yeah! I saw they covered the spread. You took the points! Nice. Be honest you teased the spread, didn't you and now you need something to close it with.

The entire Hard Rock, including my room. Smells like strip club disinfectant. Whatever that smell is. Like a fat girl in a prom dress with heavy perfume on (so to speak) just left the room..

Yo.. So I thought I'd been propositioned by a hooker. Like, already. I just got here. Just trying to walk thru the casino to find food. Hadn't eaten all day. Can I just walk? When a slightly-chunky woman slid up next to me and tapped me on the shoulder as I walked, saying that I should smile more, I looked too serious, and if I liked her lipstick - as she proceeded to block my way, stand in front of me, and baste her sexy lips with pink lip gloss, puckering up as she wore a faded, comfortable, blue Arizona Wildcat sweatshirt. I brushed her off and she subsequently punched me in the chest. When I finally made it to Pink Taco the bartender asked me what she looked like, told me I'd been approached by "a real woman," and told me about a popular Magic Mike Show they have going downstairs - which explains why there are so many women here. There are a ton. Bartender skater dude seemed way too excited to tell me exactly what a Magic Mike Show is, and that once the two shows a night are over and let the women out it's like shooting fish in a barrel for an attractive single dude such as myself. I told him I'm here until Tuesday. And again he was like, "fish in a barrel."

Rangers 7-6 SU in Lynn's starts:
Scoring less than 4 runs: 0-5 SU
Scoring more than 4 runs: 7-1 SU

Going Rangers and o4.5
Rangers team total lined o5½ -140 damn.. AND o6 -118 in Sports Betting Prime.. double damn. "I'm going to go to this sportsbook and line shop MLB team totals," said probably no one ever.

This is the Tiger Cats' second game of the season. They played last Thursday, won, and have had 8 days to rest and make adjustments to their game. Meanwhile Argonauts had what I can only describe as a week 1 bye, haven't even played a real game yet this season. I think Cats score a lot and win.

Lance 4-10 O/U with Rangers

  • 1-10 O/U when the opposing starter allows less than 6 runs
  • 1-10 O/U when the Rangers score less than 8 runs

Since last season Foltynewicz 15-21 SU:
vs NL East: 10-6 SU with 25 runs allowed in 96 innings
vs non-division: 5-15 SU with 60 runs allowed in 109.2 innings
18-25 SU:
v division: 11-6 SU
non-division: 7-19 SU

Folty not on his best rest, but I think Braves plate 4+ runs for the win and 8+ runs to hit the over.. lean Braves and under

Holy crap.  Thanks.

I like Cards and over tomorrow Sunday Night Beisboru.

Mikolas 34-15 SU with Cards:
G1 of the series: 12-9 SU
Game 2+ of series: 22-6 SU (21-0 scoring 3+ runs)

Think we might see 11 runs total.

Pushing the u11 in Arlington was a 10 unit swing for me versus going over and losing. After 7 runs scored in the first inning, probably the worst sweat I ever tried (parlayed a bunch of CFL with that under). That number was back and forth between 10½ and 11 all day. Also bought the Rangers team total, selling at u6½ -130 at 5D (had to do it with all the other shops still lined at 5½). Unders suck so bad :hangover: Had about 3k in play here so far, down 49 bucks after today.

Where you sportsbooking at?

Hard Rock. CG Technology Sportsbook. They're not shy about vig. And they like to sell you action tickets on baseball - Have to request your ticket with listed pitchers. The dude was such a dunce when I asked why he sold that crap to me. "Oh, you wanted listed??" Come on, man.

shout out to nugs he would love this place, I think dress code requires men to wear sandals. I swear I saw him playing a gigantic slot machine earlier. what time is it almost Meodoza time amirite

Angels/Cards o9 +103
Angels/Cards o11 +204

Angels are finishing their longest road trip of the season thus far, the last game of an 11-game road trip before a day off tomorrow. They're 0-6 SU on the road this season when they've been on the road for the L7+ games, the most profitable team to fade in that (really specific) spot L6 seasons.. there's that Mikolas stuff I posted last night, plus the Cards are 4-0 SU and O/U in his career starts when they're looking at a day off.. also Mikolas 12-2 SU in the last game of the series (12-0 SU scoring 3+ runs).

was holding a two-team parlay ticket and tried doing the math on a push with the vegas insider parlay calculator online last night. My number came out to 10.46u. Their math was different than mine though, and the tickets ended up returning me over 12u..? I have no idea why but didn't argue.

Cubs 49-23 SU in Lester's night starts versus the NL with a 34-36-2 O/U:
Away: 21-17 SU with 22-14-2 O/U
Home: 28-6 SU with 12-22 O/U (25-0 scoring 3+ runs)

Cubs 28-6 SU career hosting the NL in Lester's night starts (25-0 scoring 3+ runs); lean Cubs on the Lester home/night angle..

Lester allowed about 3.7 runs per every 9 innings away, compared to 3.0 runs per every 9 innings at home in that situation.

@Wine Thief just helped a disable woman get her fancy, top-shelf chocolates off at the grocery store. that tall man karma find you sometime then u feel lucky after that $
Looks like your good luck came in the mother####ing clutch tonight.  Like a bazillion runs in the 9th.  And with that blind Angel Hernandez as the ump, too.  That was crazy.

I know right. That's saying something when your calls suck so bad you make Trout argue balls and strikes. ARod wasn't shy in bashing the hell out of him on national TV either.

Where can I find out who the home plate umpires are for today's games?
yeah for series openers it is a "do it yourself" deal. you can update yourself with a twitter search as it gets closer to first pitch (like less than an hour before the game starts) or you can use the MLB Gameday --> Gamecast which is active around that same time (won't be able to find it until about 30 minutes before first pitch)..

Teheran had a bad start last time out but was studly for several starts before that.  And that Braves line-up still looks lethal.
Exactly. That lineup. I think they've scored like 900 runs in June so far. And I agree on Teheran too, he was due for regression last time out:

Do you think ATL might be a fun home dog to play tonight, even with Teheran's ERA being exactly 2 full runs better than his xFIP
