*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (18 Viewers)

There has only been one MNF game - post week 2 - that featured winless teams. It was October 15, 2001. Two 0-4 teams. Cowboys and Redskins in 2001: recap

What makes them different from tonight? I think they were both "true" 0-4 teams. That game saw a single field goal in the 1H and a 13-point fourth quarter. That's it. Cowboys beat Redskins 9-7. Two "true" 0-4 teams. The "Gutter Bowl." Tonight the Steelers are 0-3, but that kind of feels like the result of scheduling and injuries right now. The Bengals, however, are 0-3 because they are a "true" 0-3 team - the only team Sagarin lists worse than the Bengals right now is the Dolphins.

I'd take a 21-20 Denver victory....
Despite the other stuff not working out, nice call on the Jaguars yesterday. That road win seemed so unlikely, because in their first two home games the Broncos supposedly had an early-season home field advantage. They supposedly have that. A historical advantage at home in the first couple games of the season. I figured it was the altitude and climate or whatever. But dude, what if the Broncos did still have that advantage, but sucked so historically bad they were unable to take advantage of it. So if that's how they performed with a built-in scheduling advantage, imagine how bad they've still yet to play without it..

What were you sweating? The under 240 on Rudolph and watching them do flip passes the last two drives were fun
mixon under 65.5

Rudolph under 240

ross under 3.5 ( think he died)

rifle over 36.5 pa atm

rifle over 22.5

were all the close ones.. Was big in mason under which was way closer than it should have been.  I think I heard his first 19 completions were for 23 air yards???

No guarantees in life and all of that......

that said I’d be genuinely shocked if that LSU -24 lime holds for this Saturday.  I Make it -34.5 vs Utah St and I’d still take LSU.
Chickened out and bought back 80% on Utah st +28.5.  Much larger bet than I usually make and now it’s turned into a risk free shot at 8 Units

I'm seeing a ton of ads in PA for online sports betting now that legalization is sweeping through.  It's reminding me of the wave of new poker / casino sites post Moneymaker and how I was able to make a good chunk of money churning bonuses.  Are there good opportunities to make some money from bonuses for a sports betting novice?  (I did make a quick grand from that :Mansion: PIT/MIA free bet years ago thanks to money I had sitting around from a "Let's Poker" California Hold'em tourney sitting around, ah the good old days). Any websites / blogs covering this I could check out?

Here's what I'm seeing so far...

TIA!
There’s no mansion type free money that I’ve found. The sugarhouse bonus is nice. Straight 1x play through. So should be able to pocket a few dollars there. Hollywood casino gives you 25 free with no deposit to play BJ. I ran that up to 150 or so in a lucky run and cashed out. Foxbet has also a straight forward bonus and match on the sports book. I’m primarily using SH and FOX. Lines are usually similar. Might be able to find a more attractive number on one or the other but usually not massive discrepancies to profit from.

Always just be cautious on the play through for any of the free bets. I think Parx is something silly like 20x play through. So practically worthless.

Kupp u6.5

Dissly u4.5

That's all I got

Dissly has easily eclipsed that in his last 3 games...thought number would be around 5.5 or 6
I think Kupp and Cooks both have big games against this Hawks secondary.

Rams have been very tough on TEs so far this year so I think the Dissly number make sense.  Although for fantasy purposes I'm hoping for more.

This is what I'm rolling out tonight.  My last effort was miserable, so looking for redemption tonight.

I can see a Seattle victory at 24-21 or 28-21

Jaron Brown 31+ receiving yards

The Rams have a decent enough run defense where Wilson is going to have to throw at least into the 4th quarter.  Brown seems to be the #3 guy, and I can easily see him getting to 31 yards on one reception.

Chris Carson: 19+ carries, 73+ rushing yds, 1+ TD

Carson is going to get his carries, but will hit the over as the Seahawks nurse their one-score lead late.  I think his TD comes before halftime, but the carries and yards are from working the clock late.

Good luck all!

On this too.  Good luck!

Not sure if the weather is Seattle is anything close to what we have in Portland but temps have dropped quite a bit and the rain drops that are falling heavy and cold.  Reminds me of when Jared Goff couldn't handle a snap or throw in Eugene back in 2013 or so and got benched.

Hawks -1.5

Under 49

Really like that under. What you said plus the usual Thursday night deal.
