*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (11 Viewers)

woah. tuned in and it was 17-3 so turned it off. HISTORIC WIN

On MNF since 1989.. Out of 120 tries, only 8 teams have overcome a 14-point (or more) halftime deficit on MNF & come back to win the game

college hoops plays for tomorrow

Indiana -3 (completely unimpressed with UCONN to date and expect Indiana to bounce back from horrific showing at Wiscy which has supressed this line)

Louisville -7 (Tech has been playing terrible and Louisville going in the opposite direction, know this is the square side but don't care)

Butler +5  (similar efficiency rankings, advanced metrics see value on Butler +5, unimpressed with Baylor, misleading results)

BYU -8 (deadly at home and metrics give slight edge to BYU)

I know $38k isn't a ton to some people in here.  It'd make a lot of difference for my family though.  I made kind of a scene when I saw that.

At the end of Chiefs/Raiders, the blocked extra point returned by Kansas City defensive back Charvarius Ward for two points and a 40-9 Chiefs lead, resulted in Carney259 (dude named Mike) winning $40,000 for third prize in the DraftKings Millionaire Maker contest instead of $1,000,000. Dude was following the game, watching the game midair on a screen during recent air travel. And Mike's taking it quite well. "That's DFS. If I'd have held on and won, second place probably could have found a lucky bounce in a game somewhere that went my way too and cost me life changing money. But dude, when you open your app and live winnings are showing in the seven figures with a routine extra point to go, it's brutal. I was up by a fraction of a point even before the OAK TD. The sweat was just hoping for no sack and no turnover on that last OAK possession. And of course they score the bonus TD I didn't even need and give me a cushion of 3+ points.. only to shıt the bed on the PAT and give back 4 points. Totally would have taken $40k when I woke up this morning, though."

Fordham made a layup with 17:20 left in the game. Their next field goal didn't come until 2:21 left in the game. Fifteen-minutes without a field goal. They were shooting and everything, attempting layups and stuff. It literally just didn't go in.

Gonna take that blind squirrel money and roll it into these two:

St Francis (NY) Over 73 -110
St Francis (NY) 1st Half Over 34½ -110

73 feel like the magic number for faves against the Blue Hoes :gang1:

don't forget to download the NEC Front Row app it's free and this game is on it

Apologies, I’m sure this is answered a few times within duration of thread, but it’s my first time in it so searching through all will be time consuming...

For offshore sportsbook sites, what’s the favorite?  Player props are offered?  How are finances handled?  Meaning, do I need to figure out how bitcoin works or is it easier than that?

I’ve used 5D, Sb.ag and Bovada, I know some others use Heritage and BOL.  I think Bovada is the squarest and if you’re playing props but expect to get cut if you win

go with Bitcoin

saw an ad on Instagram - worth the watch?
For Sure. I'd seen an ad for it on television back in September (time files during football season) and thought to myself "Thanks HBO for getting me worked up about something that drops in December." And I'd forgotten about it, so it was a pleasant surprise to see it available when I was getting started on the day this morning. Saban was the unlikely man to steal the show (at least for me anyway) when he said "No one motivates the Tiger." It's got the HBO Sports' production value you've enjoyed on Hard Knocks, and it's basically just an hour-long profile of two dudes. You get a small glimpse of family life among a lot of coaching/fatherly viewpoints, technique, and advice; guided by the story arc of the two men's relationship with each other.

Gotta keep in mind these two men knew they were being filmed the entire time, so it's a nice exercise in reading between the lines as well ;)

I'm sure I'd find it interesting, but I just hate these two #######s.

Teams that have lost their L7+ games 22-15-1 ATS (avg line 11) against teams that have won their L7+ games, and better when the total is lined high. Action junkie supreme.

Kings 15-3 ATS since the start of November

Thunder are hot AF right now. They're 8-2 against losing teams, compared to 3-9 against teams .500 or better. But coming into this matchup against the losing Kings, Thunder just beat Blazers and Jazz.. two good, winning teams. Gonna try and see if the Thunder can stay hot, keep it going against the Kings who been losers overall on the season at 10-13 overall. Bet with the winning streak not against it fingers crossed.

Thunder +2 -105

It's partly an extension of my hatred for the Patriots & Bama, but they seem like miserable workaholics. Not much I enjoy more than seeing either of them lose.  Same with Coach K.  Give me somebody like Orgeron any day that seems to enjoy what they do.
Outside of Michigan and notre dame, its Patriots, Duke basketball and bama football that are on my hate list
