Absolutely love the Cowboys today....... but then I read this and say no free lunch

Per @scottatmirage on DAL-WAS: Cowboys move from -4.5 to -5.5. "It's totally one-sided -- straight bets, parlays, everything." Late last night, there was $200K in Cowboys spread money, and $5,000 in Redskins spread cash. "Nine out of 10 tickets are on Cowboys." @Covers

Terrible Saturday leads to Chase Sunday. Here's what you've been missing:

NE/Mia U48.5
Boys -5
Steelers -4
Cards +13
Titans -3
Bangles PK
Rams -120
Pack -2.5

Teased:
Lions +7.5
Giants +8
Texans -2
Chiefs -1
Broncos +8
Falcons +7.5
Browns -1/2

All. Against Each other. Because I hate money evidently. Go team.

Bengals and 49ers didn't convert any of their red zone attempts in week one. Each team saw the red zone three times. I think that translates into an over when they face each other in week two.

I'm off the over. But check this #### out. Since 2010 - when neither team converted any red zone attempts in the previous game - the road team went 20-9 SU and 25-4 ATS (avg line +2) in the subsequent game. Lined +3 or less in that situation: 16-1 SU with the only loss coming by 1 point. That's my ####, son. I found that.

While that's potentially arbitrary and contrived, what we know for sure is that the 49ers have been in their Youngstown "home base" all week. They're acclimated. They've been practicing and lifting all week long - and speaking of getting ready - their DL is a huge mismatch versus Cincy's OL. Bosa is active. He ready. And with Cincy's starting LT Cordy Glenn out, that puts Bosa matched up against Andre Smith with "top-notch rushers attacking this weak OL from all angles."

49ers +1 -105

@ChainsawU is there a way to bet the cards getting shutout at 5D?

cant seem to find but I’m on mobile

I don't think so dude. If it was MNF or SNF then probably, but this game is kinda obscure so not much alt stuff being offered. I can't find anything.

I like them too. I think Seahawks will be slow on the grass, so to speak.

Cincy [almost] beat Seahawks - in Seattle - with the 31st ranked O-line. They did give up 5 sacks (lead leading) but out gained Seattle by 196 yards on offense!!! WTF. Seahawks about to get doubly exposed today. And so will the Bengals.

So I know a long time local here.  I asked him how today was.  He says the entire backlog was cowboys and them parlayed with everything.   And the cowboys teased with everything

I never know his specifics but I know he has someone to offload his big imbalances.  He couldn't even get off his stuff and will get obliterated.

His ring is somehow looped in with kido Pham as the Don.    The ex? poker player.

Touchdown. You can try for 2 from the 2 or kick for 1 from the 15.

Delay of game....  You can try for 2 from the 7 or kick for 1 from the 20.

Offside....  You can try for 2 from the 2 or kick for 1 from the 15.

Either way, that 1 effing second left cost me a bundle.  I HATE those referees.  The awesome day continues.

Word to the wise: unload the effing truck on the Eagles.

offside you can kick from the 15 -or- take half the distance to the goal line which would be the 3.5.

I’m sure what they did isnright by rule, I just don’t figure it.

Atlanta and Carolina for me in W3. 1) Atlanta defensive coordinator about to curb stomp Indy. 2) Zona only worried about W4 plus Carolina will be fully recovered physically from W1. Each of the lines, just cherries on top. So happy how those worked, start times and everything.

Air Force has had two weeks to prepare.  Meanwhile, the Republic of Boulder just got off two rivalry games.  The Air Force option they run is a ##### to defend.  Their O/U win total was 8 this year, supposed to be good, returning a lot of starters.  CU was outgained by CSU and got lucky against Nebraska; they are not as good as that record might indicate.  I could be wrong, obviously, but that is a good line on a game Air Force can’t wait for.  I’m going money-line, too.

What are we thinking for MNF?

I thought I would share my story here.  Someone might find it amusing, or pathetic, or pathetically amusing.

Sportsbook betting just became legal in Indiana before the NFL season, and even though I am in Ohio, I am just about 45 minutes from a place I can now legally place a bet.  Now, not being someone who has been able to legally place a bet for a lot of his life, it makes sense that I would not have a clue about this.

I know some are professionals who go for the season grind trying to win, what? 57%, so that you can come out ahead on the season, but I am more of a long shot type bettor.  I prefer 4 card poker over blackjack, Mississippi Stud over Roulette, and Pai Gow over just about anything.  I play GPPs on DK because doubling my money doesn't hold quite the same excitement for me as a shot at a million.  Again, long shot bettor.  I'm fairly low stakes, so I don't see this as being a problem.  It's what I like.

So, I take a little jaunt over to the sportsbook to place my first legal bet and I am looking at a 4 team 7 point teaser.  Not really big money, but I just wanted to get my feet wet.  The line for the counter was ridiculous, so I went to a kiosk to place my $20 wager.  I punch in my 4 teams, and I hit the teaser button on screen (I think) and proceed to print out my ticket.  I thought the odds were pretty favorable for a teaser, but being a newbie, didn't really put much into it.  I played a little 4 card while I was there, pocketed $180 and drove back to the great state of Ohio.  Now I'm thinking.  +1198 for a 4 team 7 point teaser seems way too good to be true.  When I get to my destination, I look at the ticket, and you've probably figured out now, that it didn't accept the teaser, and my bet was just a 4 team parlay.  oops.

Here are the four I went with.  NE  -18.5, IND +3.5, Jax +9.5, and Atlanta +2.  After a bit of a sweat last night, and a few curse words when the two-point conversion put Phi up by 3, it turns out that being an idiot actually worked in my favor.  This Friday, I will cash my ticket for $260.  I still don't know what I did wrong at the kiosk, but I guess it all worked out.  Its still a little too far out of the way to make this a weekly habit, but if Ohio does legalize, I'll be minutes from a place.  I better figure it out fast, or I probably won't get so lucky the next time.

That last TD by Julio cost me in DFS last night.  Had Ridley as my captain and went from cashing 450 on 20 to min cash.  :(  If that last one goes to Ridley instead of Julio, I might be hiring a tax attorney this morning.

Same boat.  I was up as high as 48th at one point. So, maybe not tax attorney, but a nice cash.
