Glad I listened to Lumpy.  :)  Now I have to resist the temptation to play France and hedge the Croats +3300 Sunday.

Congrats GB!

Daily Recap

9-7 (56.25 %, +$192.48 straight plays - $482 parlays = −$289.52)
85-79-8 YTD (51.82%, -$673.70 YTD)

Lost money but overall a good day. Improved my overall record and percentage on straight plays which makes me happy.

Had a few near misses on parlays and this is what it looks like when that happens.

it is quiet - not much i really like tonight. I may make a small play on NYY just because Severino has been far more consistent than Kluber.  Nothing else jumps off the page to me and I have an early morning/day trip so why force it?

I think the next opportunity I'll have to watch/bet a game is Saturday. Been lining up plans to get rid of some antique furniture and antique art. The appraiser I was put into contact with has "appeared on 'Antiques Roadshow' many times." Pretty excited to put a lot of this stuff "in the past" and forget about it and move on. Also that chick from Copperas Cove said she plans to be in town on Saturday night so maybe I'll cap it all off with some late-night strange poon. Still looking forward to being able to lay my ### on the couch all day Saturday regardless.

Only thing that could make this better is a college football slate. Enjoy.

I played NYY/CLE no run 1st.  Kluber one of best in MLB at 1st inning OBP allowed.  And Sevy is Sevy.  So they will probably put up 4 in the top first.

The best book.  Say hey to Uncle Brent for me. I'm watching him right now.  Give a wave to the VSiN cameras. :)

F5 - Padres ML, +191

Feel like this is a public trap game. 88% of the money is the Dodgers at -200. This is the last game of the series and the Dodgers are missing key starters (Justin Turner, Matt Kemp, Yasiel Puig, Logan Forsythe). The Padres lineup have hit more HRs off Stripling than the Dodgers lineup has against Ross. I feel like this is exactly the kind of game the Padres can win and yet the line is almost 2-1.

Daily Recap:

3-2-1 (60%, +$116.15 straight plays - $100 parlay = +$16.15)
88-81-9 (52.07%, -$657.55 YTD)

An abridged day of betting. There just wasn't a ton to bet on. Happy to improve my record. Inching closer to 55% YTD which makes me happy.

+$13.53 on straight plays YTD
-$671.08 on parlays YTD

I'm not too worried though, parlay numbers are very volatile. I'll have a day where I end up hitting 2-3 parlays and my profitability will increase dramatically. More concerned with my straight plays being profitable at this point.

The Indians are a profitable 31-11, +12.3 Unit$, at Progressive Field in the 1st 5 innings this season and 32-15 (+13.41 Unit$) vs. the 1st half 0.5 run line. They have lost 18 games at home this year, showing how ineffective their bullpen has been.

Daily Recap:
6-4-1 (60%, +$154.07)
Parlays: +$168.67
Net: +$322.74

YTD:
94-85-10 (52.51%, +$167.60)
Parlays: -$502.41
Net: -$334.81

A disappointing day. I got screwed out of $450 on the night cap by a bunch of nonsense. Should have been a $700 - 800 winning day.

Instead I only win $322.74. I am displeased.
