Tyrod taylor sitting on my ww vs cleveland..

Tough choices there, facing guy with mccoy/bell..

I would probably lean towards Luck just because I have a little bit more trust.  Plus with Derrick Johnson out for KC I think Tennessee will be able to run the ball easier so Mariota might not be relied on to do much.  Indy will have to rely on Luck so the offense will revolve around him.

I'd go Taylor. Luck's metrics are horrible this week. I have Taylor top 4. I'm debating Alex Smith over Luck, it's that bad. Moncrief hurt to boot. What's Luck's ceiling? 200 and 2? His floor is death.

I think that is greatly underestimating Luck's upside. 200-2 is his ceiling? I'd argue that 200-2 is Hilton's ceiling. The Vikings are not a bad matchup right now, their defense is nowhere near the same without Harrison Smith. They went from elite to good. A to B-. I think Taylor is being overrated as well, its entirely possible he has 20 pass attempts this week. Unless he has a rushing score, which is certainly possible, but tough to count on, it s easy to see Taylor outside the top-10.

I'm just citing the metrics I do each week. You can disagree but I'm citing hard numbers, not a gut feeling. If Moncrief is out Hilton is only going to get more attention. I have him in the WR20 range this week.  Here's what QB's have done this season against Minni:

I don't think those numbers from earlier in the season are relevant. They had a healthy defense then. Harrison Smith is so important to them, he's the MVP of the team, he's as big a loss as Von Miller would be for Denver. In one week without him, they let Jacksonville drive up and down the field, and outside of garbage time the Jags haven't done that to really anybody else all year. The Jags offensive ineptitude was the only reason they didn't put up 30+ points, and settled for a bunch of FGs. Indy is a ton better than the Jags on offense, even without Moncrief, who isn't that big of a loss in my opinion, they played half the year without him, they just increased Hilton and especially Doyle's roles.

I think Luck is a clear top-10 QB this week, and Hilton is a borderline top-5 WR, especially since Rhodes doesn't follow guys into the slot, which is where Hilton spends half his snaps.
