Flacco, unless there's a downpour in Baltimore. He's been playing better than Eli and is facing a much easier opponent.
I'd go Eli. Baltimore DEF will keep score down and dictate the game script for the offense which will be to run the ball.
Palmer in good weather (inside!).
Agree on Manning vs Flacco. Flacco in DFS Tourneys is attractive but Eli is my pick in seasonal. Palmer over Kaep. Probably farrow.
I think I'd lean Siemian by a slight margin over Stafford. Pats pass D isn't that great.

With weather issues in Baltimore, they may run more than usual -- so Winston (otherwise Flacco). Not Kap.
I think Kaepernick has a higher potential ceiling but also a lower floor. Depends on your matchup situation and if you need more of a homerun.
Siemian -- he's been playing at a high level for the past four starts.
I'd go KC for sure. They are getting it done on D
TB DEF seems to have been playing much better over the last several weeks. I think I'd opt for Stafford in what may be a slight higher scoring game.
