What crimes did he actually commit? It's not against the law to create fake companies and fake people and then lie about them, and it's not against the law to have a press conference and accuse a famous person of rape. Well, I suppose that last part could be considered slander, but that's a civil matter.Mr. Ham said:So how many years in prison is this donk going to get?

It's against the law to interfere in a federal investigation, to suborn or provide perjured testimony (like a false affidavit) and in some cases it's against the law to conspire to intentionally accuse someone of a crime he didn't commit in order to have him investigated by law enforcement. Also, in some states (not sure which ones they committed these acts in) it's illegal to conspire specifically to accuse a public official of a crime. What crimes did he actually commit? He hasn't obstructed the investigation yet.Obstruction of Justice to interfere with credibility of Federal investigation. False witness. That’s enough for some years.
Did Wohl actually produce a false affidavit? That would certainly seem like a crime if he did that. It's against the law to interfere in a federal investigation, to suborn or provide perjured testimony (like a false affidavit) and in some cases it's against the law to conspire to intentionally accuse someone of a crime he didn't commit in order to have him investigated by law enforcement. He produced a document, which most people believe to be false based on the circumstances, which is docusigned by Carolyne Cass. I do not believe it is signed under penalty of perjury. But I don't have a lot of information on that document.Did Wohl actually produce a false affidavit? That would certainly seem like a crime if he did that.
I suppose you can make an argument that he conspired to falsely accuse Mueller of a crime. But since he never called the police and never called for law enforcement to investigate Mueller (as far as we know), I'm not sure if the charges would stick.
Well, the twitter thread indicates that she matches a woman named Carolyne Cass who was born in 1984. Which would make her a little old to be his girlfriend but who knows? Here's a tweet with the two images side by side, but I don't know where the original photo is from or when it was first posted somewhere.

I have been to all of the airports she may have flown into near the press conference, and I do not believe it is from one of those airports. But certainly renovations have happened, and my memory is not perfect.Well, the twitter thread indicates that she matches a woman named Carolyne Cass who was born in 1984. Someone said that the picture was taken at LAX. Looks like they're on one of the escalators.
She lives at LAX?I have been to all of the airports she may have flown into near the press conference, and I do not believe it is from one of those airports. But certainly renovations have happened, and my memory is not perfect.
LAX was my first thought because of the overhead lighting in the United terminal and because that's where she lives.
Sorry, that was poorly stated. She lives at LAX?
One thing about flying out of LAX I never could stomach, all the damn vampires.Sorry, that was poorly stated.
She's an undead creature who spends the bulk of her time at LAX.
These guys make the Keystone Kops look like Mossad.I can't get enough of this:
Jacob Wohl’s Fake P.I. Firm Ghosted on Ex-Homeless Woman Looking For Her Stolen Truck
That 20k "settlement" offer for her vehicle sure sounds like an attempt to cover things up...I can't get enough of this:
Jacob Wohl’s Fake P.I. Firm Ghosted on Ex-Homeless Woman Looking For Her Stolen Truck
Actually it sounds like the start of a Nigerian scam. "Just send me $1000 for processing costs. Also, I'm going to need your bank account number to wire the settlement funds..."That 20k "settlement" offer for her vehicle sure sounds like an attempt to cover things up...I can't get enough of this:
Jacob Wohl’s Fake P.I. Firm Ghosted on Ex-Homeless Woman Looking For Her Stolen Truck
You might want this one back. While I don't trust Burkman or Wohl any more than I trust Avenatti or CNN they have provided:
- name of alleged victim
- specific date of alleged rape
- specific location of alleged rape
- friend who corroborates the allegations
That is more than Blasey Ford ever offered.
I fully expect Wohl and Birdman to receive the same punishment that Avenatti and the media who pushed the fake rape stories about Kavanaugh received..Did Wohl actually produce a false affidavit? That would certainly seem like a crime if he did that.
I suppose you can make an argument that he conspired to falsely accuse Mueller of a crime. But since he never called the police and never called for law enforcement to investigate Mueller (as far as we know), I'm not sure if the charges would stick.
What fake stories did the media push? Even Avenatti?I fully expect Wohl and Birdman to receive the same punishment that Avenatti and the media who pushed the fake rape stories about Kavanaugh received..
What's fair is fair.
Did Avenatti produce a signed affidavit? Did Avenatti fabricate the existence of people? Did Avenatti himself accuse anyone of rape, or did he only claim to represent a client who did? Did Avenatti call for a police investigation despite knowing that elements of his claim were fabricated?I fully expect Wohl and Birdman to receive the same punishment that Avenatti and the media who pushed the fake rape stories about Kavanaugh received..
What's fair is fair.
Why bother, dude? Nfl2df can expect anything he wants, and it'll make no difference to the outcome.Did Avenatti produce a signed affidavit? Did Avenatti fabricate the existence of people? Did Avenatti himself accuse anyone of rape, or did he only claim to represent a client who did? Did Avenatti call for a police investigation despite knowing that elements of his claim were fabricated?
If the answer to all 4 questions is an unequivocal "Yes", then we can start playing the 'fair is fair' game. But until then you've got a wet rope.
You absolutely refuse to be anything but completely one-sided. Worthless.I fully expect Wohl and Birdman to receive the same punishment that Avenatti and the media who pushed the fake rape stories about Kavanaugh received..
What's fair is fair.
I’m old enough to remember when the articles were about how the judge didn’t think Mueller had a case against Manafort for the same reason.bobby's meme trial seems to be going well
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/oct/28/robert-muellers-russia-case-difficult-prosecute/
It says in the article (from 5 days ago) that Friedrich denied their request to dismiss. That’s really all that matters here. She’s a Trump appointee btw.bobby's meme trial seems to be going well

Can we just skip ahead to the severely punished phase?I really hope these people just give it up before they're severely punished for what's going on here. They seem clueless about what they've done and are doing.
Hillary’s going to be in trouble again here....it's against the law to conspire to intentionally accuse someone of a crime he didn't commit in order to have him investigated by law enforcement.
Put them on ignore, encourage others to do so, and move onWe really need to stop responding to these types of posts.
Morning, Sam.This reminds me of the old Loony Toons cartoon where the sheep dog and the wolf are casual friends outside of work, but as soon as they punch the clock they are mortal enemies. These jackholes need to be imprisoned. It's not a partisan thing. It's nice to be able to agree on some things outside of work.
One. Ping. OnlyI am drunk
I am watching "Hunt for Red October"
Is this the right thread?
Great Russian accent.I totally hear that in Sean Connery's voice.
Whenever I want to find updates about the russia meme trial, I search for my main man 'Dubelier' in the news filter. This was about the only recent article that showed up. Looking forward to seeing how they prosecute this kangaroo court nonsense.Washington Times, huh?
International money laundering schemes, facebook memes, it's practically interchangeable reallyI’m old enough to remember when the articles were about how the judge didn’t think Mueller had a case against Manafort for the same reason.
I take it you've forgotten what Concord is charged with.International money laundering schemes, facebook memes, it's practically interchangeable really
They're being prosecuted because they're Russian and posted the facebook memes.I take it you've forgotten what Concord is charged with.
Conspiracy to defraud The United States, wire fraud, bank fraud, and aggravated identity theft are the count headings.
It's high comedy for me at this point. The memes weren't even any good!ren I hope you don't get wrapped up in this meme prosecution stuff.
They’re being prosecuted because they broke numerous financial and identity laws in order to circumvent laws dealing with foreign interference in the United States political process. They're being prosecuted because they're Russian and posted the facebook memes.
I’m not predicting anything. However obstruction is an intent crime. If the intent of Wohl and Burkman was to intimidate Mueller, get him fired, or impede the investigation then there could be that. And if there’s any political money or dirty tricks driving these two in advance of an election then I’m guessing election financing laws could pop up.What crimes did he actually commit? It's not against the law to create fake companies and fake people and then lie about them, and it's not against the law to have a press conference and accuse a famous person of rape. It's not like either of those 2 were offering women $20k out of their own pockets. The offered money was coming from somewhere else. Probably the Washington Times, lol.And if there’s any political money or dirty tricks driving these two in advance of an election then I’m guessing election financing laws could pop up.
