Could be an interesting piece in an RBBC. Seems like a perfect Stewart replacement in Carolina.

he has potential, but that's all it is right now. He didn't look all that good for the best team in the country over his college career.
When you're talented and have outstanding coaching but really underperform, you only have yourself to blame. Maybe he'll find a good spot and work but he's barely in the top 10 RBs this class.

He's JAG. His best bet will be as a TD vulture, maybe in Carolina, NE, Detroit, or anywhere with a smaller back.

If he falls enough I wouldn't mind him backing up Henry but he's just a lesser version of Derrick.

This is an interesting study. I think Alabama put him in the power back role and then never thought about it again. In what I’ve read, he gets knocked for his running style but when he gets put into short yardage situations and is likely being told to “just get the first down” then that’s what he’s going to do. You catch glimpses of something more in his highlight games. His head is up and scanning looking for more yards and gauging defenders, blockers and lanes. When you watch his Draft Breakdowns it’s so much of short yardage, head down, make contact, roll and extend for the first down. Doing as he’s told.
I don’t like projecting what a guy could do but to me this kid represents a potential steal for fantasy and a NFL team. As long as the team is willing to consider him as more than a power back. He’s a very good athlete and I think he has room to lean out a bit it would help with this agility but still keep his power. He can catch and would be a monster on swing passes.
To me, his biggest flaw is a low foot frequency. He needs to get those feet moving. This is compounded with his lack of commitment too lanes. Patience is good but once you start going you have to commit. Not just trotting into the pile. Again, more steps and leg drive. He also looks lost at times when he releases out. I think this has to do with playing with a running QB and looking to be a blocker rather than a receiver (he could be getting coached to do this as well but I don’t know).

Kind of reminds me of Marion Barber. Seems like he won't get used unless Zeke goes down or is suspended. Didn't think he was that talented, and going in the 200's would seem to suggest NFL teams agree.

The reports are confusing, they rave about him, but then in the next sentence they say he'll have a hard time beating out Rod Smith.

Good sign that he was just signed to the practice squad a couple weeks ago and already is being called up in favor of someone the Lions had around longer. Scarborough was always a physical specimen, and he gives them something Johnson and McKissic don't.
He was always a long shot type despite his measurables and college pedigree, especially after going to the Zeke-led Cowboys in the 7th. And he's had injury issues on top of the low draft pedigree.
How cool would it be to see him put together a run now with the Lions.

He's certainly on the right team to carve out a Blount role. As a KJ owner, I absolutely hate this for 2020. Picked up Bo though that's for sure.
