Replacement owner for 12 team FFPC scoring dynasty league (1 Viewer)

So we are looking for a replacement owner for our 12 team league to take over an orphan.  The previous owner still has all his picks including an extra 2nd and 3rd rounder this year.  He is slotted at 6th slot so (1.06, 2.06, 2.12, 3.06 and 3.11, 4.06, 5.06, 6.06 and 7.06) for rookie/free agent draft.

Scoring and starting requirements are same as FFPC rules.

It is $150 per year.  No transaction fees.  Blind bidding for waiver claims.  NO IDP (team defense only)

Money is held and paid using leaguesafe.

League is hosted on MFL.

No.  There was a DEVY on original startup.  That was only on startup draft last season.  No DEVY picks this rookie/free agent draft and going forward.
