12 team, PPR, TE premium with one DEVY startup after NFL draft (1 Viewer)

So looking for 1-2 owners who are interested.

Looking for experienced and active owners looking for a competitive new dynasty challenge.

It is a startup dynasty league with parameters as described above.

Scoring:  FFPC rules.  Full point PPR with TE premium (1.5 PPR), debating no kicker.  Using team defense (no IDP).

The starting requirements are as follows: QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, team defense, 3 FLEX

Total roster size will be 25 players, 5 additional taxi squad spots for current rookies only, and one DEVY slot.

Money will be collected and held via Leaguesafe.

Cost:  annually is $150 per team.

League to be hosted on myfantasyleague (league site will be set up soon)

Bylaws are as below:

Trades: All trades between teams may include future draft picks for next two seasons. Trades will be reviewed by commissioner in standard 3 day waiting period for review. All trades are final once accepted by both parties until the time of processing and final transfer of players. Devy players can be traded BUT you may only have one devy player on your roster at conclusion of transaction.

No trades are permitted after the conclusion of the fantasy off season (end of NFL regular season), until February 1st. See Finances below for further details.



All rosters will lock at the end of the regular NFL season. No waiver wire or pickups will be possible until the rookie/free agent draft which will be scheduled AFTER the NFL draft preceding the following NFL season.



Add/Drops: We will be using the FAAB method. Each team is alotted $1000 for the entirety of the current fantasy season.

Free agent auction blind bidding will be processed at 3:15 AM on every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday morning. The top bid will win the free agent available. If there is a tie in the amount bid for the free agent, the tie breakers will be in order 1. overall winning percentage 2. Total points.
There is also a first come/first served period from 12 PM on Sunday until 15 minutes prior to kickoff of sunday night game for any players whose game has not started/completed for the week.


To decide on the first overall pick in the upcoming rookie/free agent draft, there will be a "toilet bowl". The six teams not making the playoffs will have a toilet bowl to decide who gets the first overall pick. The 2nd overall pick will go to the remaining toilet bowl contestant who has the worst record, and so on.


Finances:

Annual Fees: $150 (no transaction fees)

Owners WILL be able to make trades starting February 1st AFTER their dues for the upcoming fantasy season are paid in full.(not the check is in the mail) If future season dues are not received by date of NFL draft (annual deadline for fees), the team will be considered "orphaned". The Friday Nights League will seek to find a replacement owner for the "orphaned" franchise prior to the rookie/free agent draft is conducted.

First Place: $985

Second Place: $300

Third place: $150

Weekly high points: $15 (for 13 regular season weeks prior to playoffs)

Total points for season: $100
