Worst #1 Seed Ever? (1 Viewer)

Other than possibly the Hawks of a few years back, the Celtics have to be the worst one seed ever. I struggle to think of a one seed that has absolutely NO chance to win the title like they do.

Based on record, the Celts are one of the weaker one seeds. IIRC, the 02-03 Pistons had a team that went 50-32 that was top seed in the East. 

The 74-75 Warriors went 48-34 to earn the top seed in the West, but they won the championship. 

Record wise as worst team to be a top seed, three teams tied for the best record in the West in the 56-57 season at 34-38, but the league only had 8 teams then.
