I would most likely take a team, but is there a link to the bylaws, other than just the settings entered? 

 
Could you clarify the fees and if it's 100% payout minus MFL fees please.

2018) $22 ($20 league fee, $2 MFL)

If it's 100% payout minus MFL fees, I would definitely like to join your league. May be able to recruit some as well.
