Now that the NFL draft is complete and we have had a few days to let things sink in, lets find out what the SP thinks of the rookies and where they stack up against each other for fantasy.

I decided to expand to four different polls post NFL draft, as now we can consider how each player fits with their teams and what that may mean in terms of fantasy points.

I am populating the poll from my own rankings, with the exception of the 2QB poll where I will slot the top 3 QB choices at all times. If a player is not listed that you think should be, please recommend that they be added to the appropriate poll. If you would vote for a player who is not listed please vote other and post who you voted for, and that player will be added to the next poll.

Discussion welcome. Thanks everyone for voting.

Zay Jones may have slid just a little since getting hurt. He went 2.1 in ppr, 2.2 in non ppr, then lasted to 2.3 in te premium when the minor injury news was fresh, and is still on the board in 2qb at 2.3 plus 4 qbs = 2.7. Now that he's back practicing in full does he get picked here?

I think the risk of a Maclin signing is also lowering Zones' perceived value, even though it should be a non-factor for dynasty evaluation.

Same effect for hunt - standard and pr he went 1.8 and 1.9, but te premium he went 2.1 and 2qn he lasted to 2.4? I think that shows the hype train effect more than the league type

I think it is more the fact that in the 2QB poll four QB have won in that poll while no QB have won in the standard and PPR poll.

In the other 3 polls you have Zay Jones or Juju Smith-Schuster winning polls very close to each other and JuJu just won in the 2QB poll. I would expect that Jones will soon follow.

While recent news may sway peoples votes one way or another, it really shouldn't in my opinion. The value of the players is more for the near to long term, rather than their immediate impact. Still the news of the day will influence perspective, especially near news events. The polls taking a long time to complete and so peoples views change over time as well.

I guess we will see, but I think it is mostly just the difference of the 4 QB.

Hunt went 1.8/1.9 in standard and ppr, but 2.4 in 2qb. That's 7 or 8 picks later.

Hunt was ahead of Perine and Kamara in the first two polls. So those two RB jumped him, Engram and Njoku jumped him and the 4 QB. John Ross was after Hunt in the standard poll.

The 2 QB poll is a bit weird. But I would say that all of these players are of a similar tier based on the 2 QB poll and also based on the percentage of votes players won with.

For example you have Kamara winning pick eleven with 9.8% of the vote. No other decision has been this small thus far. Then the percentages continue to be low until the end of the tier where more consensus about who is the best player left. One way to read this would be to say that pick 11-18 have all been the same tier as the percentage keeps increasing.

There is a similar pattern in the PPR poll picks 9-15 keep having higher percentages before a large drop, indicating the start of a new tier. JuJu is the last player of the tier in both cases.

In the standard poll Hunt had 17 votes while Ross and Perine each had 12.  That vote was decided on May 9th so it was a month ago.

Right that's what I was saying immediately after the draft - the late first round picks are great trade bait because everyone has their favorite guy in the tier and thinks their guy is going to go off the board next but in truth there are a lot of similar guys so trading down is awesome this year.
