Chargers WR Mike Williams Might Need Surgery (1 Viewer)

Worrisome news out of Los Angeles today. ESPN’s Adam Schefter just reported on his Twitter feed: “Chargers' first-round pick Mike Williams might need season-ending back surgery, sources tell ESPN….” https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/887764051488645120

We currently have him projected behind Keenan Allen and Tyrell Williams. Travis Benjamin and Dontrelle Inman are in the mix too. Williams has been part of the positive talk this summer about Philip Rivers and his strong receiving corps. It’s still strong, but losing the first rounder Williams is a blow. 

And to be sure, don’t take this for more than what Schefter is saying. The key words are “might need” surgery.  We’ll hopefully know more soon.
