League going into its 3rd year looking for two new owners. Both teams are paid for in 2017, so to ensure future commitment I would like to have the 2018 dues paid instead.

Its 12 teams, PPR with deep rosters

Excluding might not be the right wording when one of the teams did not have any rookie picks and the other choose to abanden the week 2 months after the rookie draft happened. Difficult to do something with as a commish. 

 
Like I said previously, u need to find 2 ppl for dispersal draft. Probably only way to salvage those 2 teams. I am full up so I will not join
