The following players may be relevant to fantasy lineups, and are questionable or doubtful heading into Sunday:

#Lions are expected to get LB Jarrad Davis (concussion) back today, but sounds like WR Kenny Golladay (hamstring) needs 1 more week of rehab

#AZCardinals WR John Brown (quad) is expected to play, but he's not 100%. Figure he'll be on a pitch count until he's back to himself.

#Ravens TE Ben Watson, who took the entire week to get the swelling down in his calf after a London injury, is expected to play, source said

#Dolphins London-born RB Jay Ajayi (knee) and WR Kenny Stills (hand) are both playing today vs. #Saints in Wembley, sources say.

#Chargers RB Melvin Gordon, who has a minor bone bruise in his knee, is slated to play vs. #Eagles, source said.

#Raiders WR Michael Crabtree, who is dealing with a lung bruise from a hit last week, was downgraded to doubtful last night. He won't play.

#49ers RB Carlos Hyde, whose hip bothered him through last Thursday's 25 carries, is expected to play today vs. #AZCardinals, I'm told.

 
Per Schefter

Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin is going to try to play Sun night vs. Colts with groin injury, per source. Injury been an issue.

went down, looked bad, non contact but he was walking on the sideline

Titans QB Marcus Mariota, considered game-time decision due to hamstring, not expected to play vs. Dolphins, per source. Matt Cassel starts.

#Raiders QB Derek Carr (back) has fought like crazy. But sources say his injury isn't expected to allow him to play. EJ Manuel likely starts

So it sounds like he's gonna try and go a lot sooner than originally expected. Might not be the best decision if he's not 100%
